Image denoising algorithm based on multi-channel GAN by Hongyan WANG, Xiao YANG, Yanchao JIANG, Zumin WANG

    Published 2021-03-01
“…Aiming at the issue that the noise generated during image acquisition and transmission would degrade the ability of subsequent image processing, a generative adversarial network (GAN) based multi-channel image denoising algorithm was developed. The noisy color image could be separated into red-green-blue (RGB) three channels via the proposed approach, and then the denoising could be implemented in each channel on the basis of an end-to-end trainable GAN with the same architecture. The generator module of GAN was constructed based on the U-net derivative network and residual blocks such that the high-level feature information could be extracted effectively via referring to the low-level feature information to avoid the loss of the detail information. In the meantime, the discriminator module could be demonstrated on the basis of fully convolutional neural network such that the pixel-level classification could be achieved to improve the discrimination accuracy.Besides, in order to improve the denoising ability and retain the image detail as much as possible, the composite loss function could be depicted by the illustrated denoising network based on the following three loss measures, adversarial loss, visual perception loss, and mean square error (MSE).Finally, the resultant three-channel output information could be fused by exploiting the arithmetic mean method to obtain the final denoised image.Compared with the state-of-the-art algorithms, experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can remove the image noise effectively and restore the original image details considerably.…”

Community detection algorithm of hybrid node analysis and edge analysis in complex networks by Kun DENG, Qingfeng JIANG, Xingyan LIU

    Published 2023-04-01
“…The community detection of hybrid node analysis and edge analysis in complex networks (CDHNE), a novel community detection algorithm, was proposed aiming at the problem that both edge community detection and node-based community detection algorithms had corresponding shortcomings in the process of detecting communities, which affected the quality of complex network community detection. The relatively stable characteristics of the edge in the networks were firstly used by the algorithm to construct a more accurate community structure through edge community detection at the early stage of algorithm execution. Then, after the formation of the edge communities, the flexible characteristics of the node were used to accurately detect the boundary of edge communities, so as to more accurately detect the community structure in the complex networks. In the computer-generated network experiments, when the community structure of the network gradually became fuzzy, the number of overlapping nodes and the number of communities to which the overlapping nodes belonged kept increasing.Compared to traditional algorithms, the accuracy of community detection and overlapping nodes detection were improved by an average of 10% and 15%, respectively, by the CDHNE algorithm. In the real network experiments, the tightness of the community structure detected by the CDHNE algorithm was better.Especially when facing large-scale networks with more than 100 000 nodes, the detection task was completed by the CDHNE algorithm with high quality, and the EQ value reached 0.412 1.The experimental results show that the CDHNE algorithm has advantages in operational stability and handling large-scale networks.…”

Research on Regional Socio-Economic-Environmental Evaluation Based on Combined Objective Weight Method-Taking Sinan County of Guizhou Province as an Example by YU Hongmin, HE Linhong, LI Xinan, WANG Mengqi

    Published 2023-01-01
“…With the high-quality development at the national level, the comprehensive evaluation of regional coordinated development has become a hot topic of concern, and the evaluation of regional coordinated development has evolved from a single evaluation to a comprehensive evaluation. There is a complex coupling relationship between regional society, economy, and environment. In order to achieve sustainable and coordinated regional development,a comprehensive evaluation system including nine secondary evaluation indicators and 22 tertiary evaluation indicators was constructed in terms of three dimensions:society, economy, and environment.According to the data of Sinan County in Guizhou Province from 2014 to 2018,the variation coefficient method, entropy weight method, and other methods were used to calculate the comprehensive weight of each indicator of the social-economic-environmental system. Then the coupling coordination degree was calculated,so as to provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of the county. The results show that from 2014 to 2018,① the effect of environmental improvement is relatively lagging behind that of the other two systems and can be classified as a relatively lagging type of environment;② the development of the social subsystem first decreases and then increases, and it then decreases to the initial level, while the economic and environmental subsystems show a stable increasing trend;③ the coupling degree and coordinated development degree of the system show an increasing trend year by year, and the system is now on the verge of high coupling degree and dysfunctional development.…”
