    “…Cable assembly in spacecraft occupies a large proportion in the final assembly process, and the quality of cable assembly directly affects the working performance of the whole product.The existing augmented reality-assisted cable assembly system lacks the ability to make real-time judgment and feedback on the assembly results, and cannot identify whether the currently assembled cable meets the quality requirements.In order to solve the above problems, a cable assembly quality inspection method based on AR virtual-real image attention mechanism was proposed.Critical areas in the captured images were located and detected by constructing virtual assist models to filter redundant image information.Based on YOLOv4-Tiny image detection model, the key node location of assembled cable was judged.The overlap of the laying path was obtained based on the method of calculating the average overlap of the neighborhood, and the bending radius of the cable was derived based on the method of camera inverse projection.Finally, an augmented reality-based cable assembly quality inspection system was developed using HoloLens2.The quality inspection was performed on the four designed cable assembly cases, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method and system were experimentally verified.…”

    “…Currently, homomorphic encryption, secure multi-party computation, and other encryption schemes are used to protect the privacy of sensitive data in outsourced convolutional neural network (CNN) models.However, the computational and communication overhead caused by the above schemes would reduce system efficiency.Based on the low cost of functional encryption, a new convolutional neural network model over encrypted data was constructed using functional encryption.Firstly, two algorithms based on functional encryption were designed, including inner product functional encryption and basic operation functional encryption algorithms to implement basic operations such as inner product, multiplication, and subtraction over encrypted data, reducing computational and communication costs.Secondly, a secure convolutional computation protocol and a secure loss optimization protocol were designed for each of these basic operations, which achieved ciphertext forward propagation in the convolutional layer and ciphertext backward propagation in the output layer.Finally, a secure training and classification method for the model was provided by the above secure protocols in a module-composable way, which could simultaneously protect the confidentiality of user data as well as data labels.Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the proposed model can achieve CNN training and classification over encrypted data while ensuring accuracy and security.…”

    “…This paper establishes an evaluation index system for the coordinated development of urbanization and water environment in Changshu and discusses their coupling and coordination relationship,so as to provide a reference for promoting the coordinated development of regional urbanization and water environment and formulating policies.In this paper,the weight of each index is calculated by using the coefficient of variation method.A coupling and coordination model is constructed to measure the time series characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development of the urbanization and water environment in Changshu from 2011 to 2020.The study finds that the comprehensive index of urbanization increases steadily,and that of water environment increases with fluctuations.The coupling and coordination degree between urbanization and water environment shows a rising trend.The two systems have gone through three stages of development during this period:since 2011,urbanization and water environment have undergone imbalance and decline;from 2012 to 2013,they entered transitional development and then coordinated development from 2014 to 2020.In 2011—2016,urbanization lagged behind the water environment;in 2017,urbanization and water environment were balanced;in 2018—2020,water environment lagged behind urbanization.In the future development,it is necessary to grasp the law of coupling and coordination,adopt the urban development model of adjusting measures to local conditions and time,and focus on building a Jiangnan area with a favorable water environment.…”

    “…On a long time scale,the comprehensive water resources in the water resources system is not only related to natural incoming water,but also greatly affected by the underlying surface and human activities.Therefore,on a long time scale,the comprehensive water resources change is affected by many factors and closely related to social development.However,there is no consensus on the current research on assessing changes in comprehensive water resources by multiple factors on a long time scale.This paper constructs a comprehensive water resource evaluation system with 10 indicators in terms of natural incoming water,comprehensive water use,and social factors by the analytic hierarchy process,calculates the water resources volume by taking the upper reaches of Hanjiang River Basin as an example,and concludes that the comprehensive water resources of this river basin fluctuate greatly inter-year,but generally show a downward trend,as well as classifies the state of comprehensive water resources into 5 types according to different score intervals,and on this basis,analyzes the development trend of comprehensive water resources in the upper reaches of Hanjiang River Basin.The results show that the comprehensive water resources in the upper reaches of Hanjiang River Basin will be at high shortage risk in the future,so it is necessary to take reasonable measures to improve water efficiency.…”
