Le planant planisme de la plaine by Denis Delbaere

    Published 2016-07-01
“…The planning of Randstad Holland, from the 1950s in the Netherlands, shows to what extent the plan, as a pre-figuration of a territory, maintains with this same territory a relationship which is not only – or only in a last resort – a programme-based relationship. For the sake of communicating the plan more easily, it summons the shapes of a landscape which it proposes to amplify. …”

An algorithm for joint optimization of dynamic routing and scheduling in time-sensitive networking by Yang ZHOU, Honglong CHEN, Lei ZHANG

    Published 2023-12-01
“…Time-sensitive networking (TSN) is a set of protocols developed by the IEEE TSN task group, aiming at achieving deterministic communications over Ethernet. As the implementation method of TSN traffic scheduling is not specified in the protocols, the routing and scheduling algorithm for TSN remains an open issue. The joint optimization problem of routing and scheduling in TSN for industrial applications was modeled, and then an online heuristic algorithm was proposed to deliver the routing and scheduling solution for dynamic traffics. The routing path was determined by optimizing both the transmission delay and network load factors, and the scheduling time was quickly conducted by twice clipping operations. Finally, a simulated TSN testbed was developed with NeSTiNg framework based on OMNeT.The simulation results show that the execution time of the proposed algorithm outperforms the baseline algorithms even with large scale of network size and network traffics. It shows that the proposed algorithm guarantees the real-time performance even in dynamically changing networks.…”

The optimal design of an LNA by using of CAD tool based on the modified inclined planes system optimization by Najmeh Shahraki, Ali Mohammadi

    Published 2023-03-01
“…Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is the first critical and important element in the designing of analog VLSI systems and wireless communications technology. In this paper, in order to establish an appropriate trade-off between the contradictory design objectives of an LNA circuit and the improvement of its efficiency and optimality indexes, a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tool has been used based on the use of soft computing techniques including meta-heuristic intelligent optimization methods. …”

Spectrum prediction algorithm in ISM band based on two-dimensional LMBP neural network by Xiaoyu WAN, Pan HU, Zhengqiang WANG

    Published 2016-03-01
“…With the rapid development and application of short-range wireless communications technology, the electromagnetic interference of ISM(2.4 GHz)band has become more apparent.Using the spectral prediction algorithm to predict the information of spectrum occupancy has become an effective way to solve the problem of compatible coexistence between devices. On the basis of verifying the time-domain and frequency-domain correlation of ISM band,an LMBP neural network of time and frequency domain was proposed and applied in the spectral prediction of ISM band.Through simulations and theoretical analysis, the best training combination of time-frequency point (△t=5,△f=2)was obtained. This point improves 95% of the spectrum prediction accuracy under the conditions of the input vector N=9 of the neural network. It increased 9% and 4% prediction accuracy compared with Markov algorithm and time-domain LMBP neural network and it had a better convergence time of training.…”
