Design of full-connected hybrid precoding based on an equivalent channel in millimeter-wave massive MIMO system by Haiyan CAO, Zhiyao MA, Yingjuan ZHI, Renqing LIU, Fangmin XU, Xin FANG

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In order to improve the performance of hybrid precoding scheme based on fully connected structure in millimeter-wave massive MIMO system, a hybrid precoding scheme based on an equivalent channel with two-step design method was proposed.Firstly, the equivalent channel was constructed by combining the analog precoding matrix at the transmitter, the analog combining matrix and the channel matrix at the receiver, and the analog part of the transceiver was designed to maximize the equivalent channel gain.Furthermore, the least squares criterion was applied to derive the digital precoding matrix and the digital combination matrix column by column to design the digital part of the transceiver.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can approximate the optimal digital precoding scheme and has lower complexity and stronger fault tolerance.…”

Research on the construction method of quasi-complementary sequence sets for peak-to-average power ratio reduction of multicarrier signal by Yubo LI, Meiyue WANG, Tao LIU, Xiaoyu CHEN

    Published 2023-10-01
“…To solve the problem of limited number of sequences in the mutually orthogonal complementary code set and high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) in MC-CDMA system, a construction of asymptotically optimal a periodic binary QCSS with low column vector PAPR was proposed. The obtained QCSS with asymptotically optimal parameters had more sequences than the existing QCSS due to the designed mapping set.The QCSS based on the orthogonal Golay sequence set had column vector PAPR of at most 2.Experimental simulation results show that the constructed sequence sets can effectively reduce the time-domain MC-CDMA signal PAPR to 3 dB and have good bit error rate performance.…”

Study of Hydrodynamic Dispersion Laws in Homogeneous and Heterogeneous Soil by WANG Da, ZHUANG Luwen, LIN Kairong, FENG Shangchao

    Published 2022-01-01
“…To investigate the general laws of solute transport in homogeneous and heterogeneous soil, this study conducts column experiments in the laboratory to observe and monitor hydrodynamic dispersion under different conditions. The measured breakthrough curves of solute are fitted and analyzed by the classical advection-diffusion equation (ADE).The results reveal that the solute concentration has little effect on the hydrodynamic diffusion coefficient in homogeneous soil;however, the flow rate of solute transport can promote hydrodynamic diffusion, namely that a higher flow rate can lead to a larger hydrodynamic diffusion coefficient, and the breakthrough curves can be completed faster. There is a positive correlation between the hydrodynamic diffusion coefficient and the mean particle size of the sand at a certain flow rate.In addition, the scale effect is prominent in the solute transport process in soil;generally, the hydrodynamic diffusion coefficient increases with the traveling distance.Compared with the case of homogeneous soil, the heterogeneity and different layered structures of layered soil have a more significant influence on hydrodynamic dispersion.…”
