    “…【目的】 探讨白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和白细胞介素-23(IL-23)在变应性鼻炎患者血清中的表达及其与血清特异性IgE的相关性【方法】 研究对象分为变应性鼻炎组(24例)和正常对照组(12例),分别收集受试者的血清,采用瑞典Pharmacia公司UniCAP 100E全自动免疫荧光定量分析系统检测常见吸入性变应原血清特异性IgEELISA法检测血清中IL-17和IL-23表达情况【结果】12例正常对照组者血清sIgE结果均为0级,24例变应性鼻炎患者血清sIgE的浓度为2 ~ 6级IL-17和IL-23在变应性鼻炎患者组血清中的水平分别为(165 ± 39)pg/ mL 和(79 ± 26)pg/ mL,在正常对照组分别为(68 ± 18)pg/ mL,和(14 ± 4)pg/ mL,,变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-17和IL-23 含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-17与IL-23血清sIgE呈正相关(相关系数分别为0.533和0.687,P < 0.01),IL-23含量与血清sIgE浓度呈正相关(相关系数为0.513,P < 0.05)【结论】 IL-17和IL-23在变应性鼻炎的发病机制中可能起重要的作用…”
