“…A brief introduction was given to the development history of AVS video coding standards.Then an overview of the key technologies adopted in AVS2 video coding standard (GB/T 33475.2-2016) was provided,including flexible prediction partition,multiple hypothesis prediction,optimized two-level transform,adaptive loop filter and background picture model based prediction coding for scene video.Compared to the AVS1,AVS2 can achieve more than 50% bits saving.And compared to HEVC/H.265,AVS2 can achieve significant coding efficiency improvement for scene video coding.Moreover,the applications of AVS standard in digital TV broadcasting was introduced briefly.…”

“…Regarding the relatively big errors with running the DV-hop localization algorithm in a network topology scenario,with which nodes randomly distributes,a particle swarm optimization localization algorithm for WSN nodes based on modifying average hop distance was proposed.changing the structure of data packets sent by anchor nodes with broadcasting,weighting the average hop distance error of reference anchor nodes to modify the average hop distance,and using an improved particle swarm algorithm to optimize iteration process for localization,thus,WPDV-Hop localization algorithm improvements were carried out.The simulation results indicate that the localization accuracy and the stability of the WPDV-Hop localization algorithm are significantly improved compared with the original algorithm.…”

“…Chinese national standard of digital terrestrial Television broadcasting（DTTB） was a block transmission system in which the orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing（OFDM） and single-carrier frequency domain equalization（SC-FDE） transmission technologies were compatible.In order to compare the performance of these two technologies over frequency selective fading channel,OFDM and SC-FDE systems using low density parity check code（LDPC） were simulated.Moreover,laboratory tests were carried out to measure the performance of the actual DTTB system.Both the simulation and measurement results show that for the LDPC coded system,OFDM outperforms SC-FDE over frequency-selective fading channels,and the advantage of OFDM becomes more obvious with the deterioration of the fading channel and/or increase of the modulation level.The results are expected to be helpful for the design and optimization of the Chinese DTTB system.…”
