Dynamically induced spatial segregation in multispecies bacterial bioconvection
Published 2025-01-01“…Our findings suggest that segregation mechanisms are driven by species-specific motile behaviors under conditions of hydrodynamic flow, rather than biochemical repulsion. Thus, species with different motile characteristics in the same ecological context can enhance their access to limiting resources. …”

Human Metabolic Enzymes Deficiency: A Genetic Mutation Based Approach
Published 2016-01-01“…However, it has been manifested that MED could be either inherited as inborn error of metabolism (IEM) or acquired, which carries a high risk of interrupted biochemical reactions. Enzyme deficiency results in accumulation of toxic compounds that may disrupt normal organ functions and cause failure in producing crucial biological compounds and other intermediates. …”

Isolated Testicular Metastasis Diagnosed More than a Decade and a Half Post Primary Treatment for Prostate Cancer
Published 2019-01-01“…We herein present the case of a male patient who underwent a radical prostatectomy for a grade group 3 Gleason score 7 (4+3) prostate adenocarcinoma followed by adjuvant radiation therapy and continuous androgen deprivation therapy after his first biochemical recurrence. Despite optimal management, prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels rose back up, upon which a PET/CT 68Gallium scan demonstrated an isolated left testicular lesion that turned out to be of prostatic origin following orchiectomy. …”

Study on Water Environmental Characteristics Based on Comprehensive Pollution Assessment Method with Entropy Weight Optimization
Published 2024-07-01“…The results show that the main pollution factors of Sand Lake water are total phosphorus (TP) and total nitrogen (TN), followed by chemical oxygen demand by permanganate (CODMn) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5). At the same time, the comprehensive pollution assessment method, enhanced by entropy weight optimization, indicates that the water quality of Sand Lake in August is classified as category V, exceeding the standard, and the pollution level in summer and autumn in August is significantly higher than that in winter and spring, especially the monitoring point L05, indicating that the lake environment is significantly affected by wildlife such as birds and fish. …”
