Abnormal link detection algorithm based on semi-local structure
Published 2022-02-01“…With the research in network science, real networks involved are becoming more and more extensive.Redundant error relationships in complex systems, or behaviors that occur deliberately for unusual purposes, such as wrong clicks on webpages, telecommunication network spying calls, have a significant impact on the analysis work based on network structure. As an important branch of graph anomaly detection, anomalous edge recognition in complex networks aims to identify abnormal edges in network structures caused by human fabrication or data collection errors.Existing methods mainly start from the perspective of structural similarity, and use the connected structure between nodes to evaluate the abnormal degree of edge connection, which easily leads to the decomposition of the network structure, and the detection accuracy is greatly affected by the network type.In response to this problem, a CNSCL algorithm was proposed, which calculated the node importance at the semi-local structure scale, analyzed different types of local structures, and quantified the contribution of edges to the overall network connectivity according to the semi-local centrality in different structures, and quantified the reliability of the edge connection by combining with the difference of node structure similarity.Since the connected edges need to be removed in the calculation process to measure the impact on the overall connectivity of the network, there was a problem that the importance of nodes needed to be repeatedly calculated. Therefore, in the calculation process, the proposed algorithm also designs a dynamic update method to reduce the computational complexity of the algorithm, so that it could be applied to large-scale networks.Compared with the existing methods on 7 real networks with different structural tightness, the experimental results show that the method has higher detection accuracy than the benchmark method under the AUC measure, and under the condition of network sparse or missing, It can still maintain a relatively stable recognition accuracy.…”

Scenario-adaptive wireless fall detection system based on few-shot learning
Published 2023-06-01“…A scenario robust fall detection system based on few-shot learning (FDFL) in wireless environment was designed. The performance of existing fall detection methods based on Wi-Fi channel state information (CSI) degrades significantly across scenarios, which requires collecting and marking a large number of CSI samples in each application scenario, resulting in high cost for large-scale deployment. Therefore, the method of few-shot learning was introduced, which can maintain the performance of fall detection with high accuracy when the number of annotated samples in unfa-miliar scenes is insufficient. The proposed FDFL was mainly divided into two stages, source domain meta-training and target domain meta-learning.The meta training stage of the source domain consists of two parts: data preprocessing and classification training. In the data preprocessing stage, the collected original CSI amplitude and phase data were denoised and segmented. In the classification training stage, a large number of processed source domain data samples were used to train a CSI feature extractor based on convolutional neural network. In the meta-learning stage of the target domain, the limited labeled data sampled in the target domain was effectively extracted based on the feature extractor trained in the meta-training module, and then a lightweight machine learning classifier was trained to detect the fall behavior under the cross-scene.Through several experiments in different scenarios, FDFL can achieve an average accuracy of 95.52% for the four classification tasks of falling, sitting, walking and sit down with only a small number of samples in the target domain, and maintain robust detection accuracy for changes in test environment, personnel target and equipment location.…”

Bytecode-based approach for Ethereum smart contract classification
Published 2022-10-01“…In recent years, blockchain technology has been widely used and concerned in many fields, including finance, medical care and government affairs. However, due to the immutability of smart contracts and the particularity of the operating environment, various security issues occur frequently. On the one hand, the code security problems of contract developers when writing contracts, on the other hand, there are many high-risk smart contracts in Ethereum, and ordinary users are easily attracted by the high returns provided by high-risk contracts, but they have no way to know the risks of the contracts. However, the research on smart contract security mainly focuses on code security, and there is relatively little research on the identification of contract functions. If the smart contract function can be accurately classified, it will help people better understand the behavior of smart contracts, while ensuring the ecological security of smart contracts and reducing or recovering user losses.Existing smart contract classification methods often rely on the analysis of the source code of smart contracts, but contracts released on Ethereum only mandate the deployment of bytecode, and only a very small number of contracts publish their source code. Therefore, an Ethereum smart contract classification method based on bytecode was proposed.Collect the Ethereum smart contract bytecode and the corresponding category label, and then extract the opcode frequency characteristics and control flow graph characteristics. The characteristic importance is analyzed experimentally to obtain the appropriate graph vector dimension and optimal classification model, and finally the multi-classification task of smart contract in five categories of exchange, finance, gambling, game and high risk is experimentally verified, and the F1 score of the XGBoost classifier reaches 0.913 8.Experimental results show that the algorithm can better complete the classification task of Ethereum smart contracts, and can be applied to the prediction of smart contract categories in reality.…”
