“…This paper conducts a three-dimensional numerical analysis on the surges generated by landslides of different water entry scales,and analyzes the characteristics of surge disasters induced by landslides of different water entry scales, such as surge height, surge speed,and bank climbing height.Meanwhile,the impact of surges caused by landslides of different water entry scales on the dam is explored.The FLOW-3D numerical simulation method is employed to simulate and analyze the entire process of landslide instability,surge formation and propagation,surge climbing,and surge backflow.The results show that the maximum climbing height of the surge generated by the 3.1 million m³ landslide of water entry is 54.5 m on the opposite bank,and the surge height in front of the dam is 6.69 m.The surge has a small area of overflow at the right bank dam shoulder.The surge generated by the 0.8 million m³ landslide of water entry has a maximum climbing height of 26.00 m on the opposite bank,and the surge height in front of the dam is 5.38 m,without influence exerted by the surge on the dam safety.The results indicate that the induced surge caused by 3.1×10⁶ m³ landslide of water entry is more catastrophic than that brought by 0.8×10⁶ m³ landslide of water entry.…”

“…Many national central banks have conducted legal digital currency research based on distributed ledger technology,but only the UK has disclosed the accounting structure of the legal digital currency framework RSCoin,and the incentive mechanisms was proposed to encourage mintettes to provide honest collaborative accounting services.However,this mechanism does not take into account the differential service costs of mintettes,nor does it give a definite compensation distribution.The privacy costs of the mintettes were fully considered,the incentive model of the central bank and mintettes were established,and the methods were clarified to compensate mintettes.In the legal digital currency research area,an incentive mechanism POPTIM was proposed firstly,that not only protects the private cost of the mintettes,but also guarantees the mintettes report their truthful bidding prices to the central banks.POPTIM first encrypts the biddings of mintettes by coding hash encryption method,then adopts privacy-preserving sorting algorithm to select the winner mintettes,and finally calculates the reward of mintettes based on the homomorphic addition algorithm.The analysis shows that the mechanism is privacy security,computationally efficient,individually rational and truthful simultaneously.…”

“…Wavelet transform is widely used in the field of digital image processing，and it usually processes image by separating the row and column，which can’t meet the human visual system（HVS）completely.To address this situation，a kind of true 2-D 5/3 wavelet transform was constructed，which was more consistent with HVS.Firstly，1-D 5/3 wavelet filter bank constructed the true 2-D Lazy wavelet filter bank by McClellan transform，and it was implemented by lifting scheme.Then，this lifting scheme was nested with the true 2-D Lazy wavelet filter bank to implement true 5/3 wavelet transform of image.To facilitate engineering applications，the transformation procedure was given.The experiments of true 5/3 wavelet transform used in CT image lossless compression，the experiment shows that，for 512×512 size CT image true 5/3 wavelet transform has better compression effect when compared with two dimensional separable 5/3 wavelet transform and can save 1 989.9 byte per piece on average.…”
