“…【目的】 初步了解广州市社区食物中毒事件中诺如病毒的分子流行病学情况65377;【方法】 在2003年10月至12月期间,从5个不同流行现场,采集急性期胃肠炎患者的粪便标本76份,用RT*9鄄PCR对标本中的诺如病毒核酸进行扩增,将阳性产物回收65380;纯化并测序,与GenBank中的相关序列进行比较分析,绘制系统发生树65377;【结果】 76份样品中共检出阳性36份,阳性率为47.37%65377;从5个流行现场获得5个代表株,分别为DX110665380;PY110665380;HM112165380;PY1202和HD1219,其中DX1106与PY1202的序列完全一致,而其他毒株间的序列同源性在35%～85%之间65377;系统发生树分析发现5个代表株都属于GII组诺如病毒,但分属于不同的基因型65377;其中DX1106与PY1202株属于GII*9鄄3型,HM1121和HD1219株属于GII*9鄄4型,PY1106 株介于GII*9鄄665380;765380;8型之间,尚不能确定型别65377;【结论】 广州市存在诺如病毒引起的食物中毒,流行优势株为GII组,但其基因型别存在多样性65377;…”
