    “…تم في هذا البحث دراسة المؤشر الوراثي الجزيئي للنبات المدروس البوثس Epipremnum aureum باستعمال تقنية تفاعل التضاعفي المتخصص Specific - PCR اذ تم مكاثرة قطع الDNA باستعمال الكت الموصى به Favor PrepTM (Genomic DNA Extraction Mini Kit) وتضمينها من خلال تفاعل البلمرة المتسلسل Polymerase Chain Reaction واظهرت نتيجة الكشف عند المستوى الجزيئي لجينوم اوراق نبات البوثس أن حجوم الحزم الناتجة كان مطابقاً لما جاء في تصميم زوج البوادئ (ITS1F: 5:TCCGTAGGTGAACCTGCGG-3)) (ITS4R:5:TCCTCCGCTTATTGATAGC-3) المسؤول كمحدد عن وجود المورث قيد الدراسة وظهرت الحزم اثناء الترحيل الكهربائي بحجم 473 زوج قاعدة , أدخلت تسلسلات القواعد النتروجينية في برنامج NCBI-BLAST وبرنامج MEGA 6.0 لبيان مدى تقاربها مع المورثات الموجودة والمسجلة في بنك الجينات Gene Bank . وأظهرت النتائج التحليل وجود تشابه كبير بنسبة 98.57 – 100 % بين تسلسلات النيوكليوتيدات قيد الدراسة والتسلسلات المسجلة في بنك الجينات ودخلت تحت رقم (OP604476.1 , PP297885.1) ومن المخطط الشجري للنمط الوراثي لوحظ انها كانت من بلدان بعيدة عن العراق والمنطقة الاقليمية والمتمثلة بالولايات المتحدة الامريكية وكوريا الجنوبية . …”
