“…Aiming at checking the performance of a front subframe whether could meet the design requirements.Firstly,the grid model of the front subframe was built by adopting finite element method,and it was modal performance analyzed,the analysis result showed that its first two natural frequency were higher than the engine excitation frequency,so it could meet dynamic performance requirements.Secondly,the front subframe was modal tested,the test result showed that its simulation analysis precision was high.Thirdly,the front suspension dynamic model was built,and it was load based on theoretical forces,so its connection point load of typical working condition were obtained.Fourthly,the front subframe was strength analyzed by adopting inertia release method,the analysis result showed that its stress were lower than material yield value,so it could meet meet the strength characteristics.Lastly,the front subframe was lightweight designed by adopting neighborhood cultivation multiobjective genetic algorithm,the optimal thickness were obtained.Its modal performance and strength performance could meet the requirements after optimization,its weight had been successfully reduced by 9.9%,and it had passed the real vehicle road test verification.The theoretical and scientific reference were provided for obtaining the structural performance and optimization design.…”

“…Taking the daily precipitation data of many rainfall stations in Guangdong Province from1981 to 2010 as the research samples,this paper recognizes the temporal and spatial variation ofmonthly rainfall in Guangdong Province further based on the PCI and regression analysis methodwith ARCGIS software. The results indicate that: The monthly rainfall in coastal areas isgreater than inland areas during flood season, but the distribution of the maximum value of monthlyaverage rainfall over the years is not obvious.The data for inland areas is more stable than thatfor coastal area, and the peak value is not obvious in the year;There are obvious differencesin the spatial distribution of rainfall in different month; The rainfall intensity increases inflood season and decreases in non-flood season; The concentration degree of rainfall in the yearincreases, and the rainfall in the coastal areas of Guangdong Province is more concentrated thanthat in the inland areas.…”

“…Aiming at the fatigue failure problem of a car door opening and closing process.The Hypermesh was used to construct a finite element model of door opening and closing,and then Ls⁃Dyna,an explicit dynamics solver,was used to establish a nonlinear transient dynamics model of door opening and closing.The d3plot file containing the stress⁃time history solved by the nonlinear transient analysis was imported into nCode DesignLife to build the fatigue analysis module,and the results were verified with 100000 times of door opening and closing durability tests,and the conclusions show that both of them have good consistency in terms of the damage location and the damage degree.Finally,multi⁃particle swarm optimization(MPSO)was used to optimize the door with the objectives of door lightweight and minimum damage,and the optimal solution was selected according to the engineering reality,which reduced the mass of the door assembly by 0.17 kg,and the damage value of the door was reduced by about 24.33%.The optimization results show that the MPSO algorithm can be effectively applied to the multi⁃objective optimization design of the door,which provides certain ideas for the design and development of the subsequent door.…”
