“…【目的】 观察比较不同方法注射透明质酸酶(HA)诱导兔眼基底部玻璃体脱离65377;【方法】 取新西兰白兔105只,随机分6组,其中A65380;B65380;C每组30只,D65380;E65380;F每组5只65377;A65380;B65380;C各组一眼基底部玻璃体注射HA 0.05 mL,浓度分别为25065380;50065380;1 000 U/mL,另一眼相同部位注射等量平衡盐液体;D65380;E65380;F各组常规玻璃体腔注射HA 0.05 mL,浓度分别为25065380;50065380;1 000 U/mL,另一眼相同部位注射等量平衡盐液体65377;于注射后6 h65380;1 d65380;3 d65380;7 d65380;14 d分别行裂隙灯65380;UBM检查,随机分批处死兔,取眼球标本行HE染色及基底部扫描电镜65380;透射电镜检查,观察基底部残余玻璃体65377;【结果】 病理观察A组实验眼在365380;765380;14 d的脱离率分别为20%65380;20%65380;40%;B组为20%65380;40%65380;80%;C组为40%65380;60%65380;80%;UBM显示A组实验眼在各时间点脱离率为0;B组在14 d的脱离率为33.3%;C组在第7天和14天的脱离率为33.3%和66.7%,D65380;E65380;F组观察2周,未见基底部玻璃体脱离65377;各组均未发生眼内炎性反应和视网膜毒性反应65377; 【结论】 局部注射透明质酸酶可成功诱导基底部玻璃体脱离65377;…”
