“…【目的】 探讨悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)对语音频谱的影响，【方法】 对行UPPP的26例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征成年患者,分别在术前1周内和术后2个月左右行嗓音声学分析,获取手术前后6个基本元音[a]，[o] ，[e]，[i]，[u]，[ü]的声学频谱,并对手术前后各声学分析参数值进行统计学对比。【结果】 术后有2例患者的[a]元音和1例患者的[u]元音出现鼻音共振峰;[o]，[e]及[u]元音的第3共振峰术后下降,而[i]元音的第2共振峰和[e]元音的第4共振峰术后升高(P < 0.05)。…”
