“…With the high-quality development at the national level,the comprehensive evaluation of regional coordinated development has become a hot topic of concern,and the evaluation of regional coordinated development has evolved from a single evaluation to a comprehensive evaluation.There is a complex coupling relationship between regional society,economy,and environment.In order to achieve sustainable and coordinated regional development,a comprehensive evaluation system including nine secondary evaluation indicators and 22 tertiary evaluation indicators was constructed in terms of three dimensions:society,economy,and environment.According to the data of Sinan County in Guizhou Province from 2014 to 2018,the variation coefficient method,entropy weight method,and other methods were used to calculate the comprehensive weight of each indicator of the social-economic-environmental system.Then the coupling coordination degree was calculated,so as to provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of the county.The results show that from 2014 to 2018,① the effect of environmental improvement is relatively lagging behind that of the other two systems and can be classified as a relatively lagging type of environment;② the development of the social subsystem first decreases and then increases,and it then decreases to the initial level,while the economic and environmental subsystems show a stable increasing trend;③ the coupling degree and coordinated development degree of the system show an increasing trend year by year,and the system is now on the verge of high coupling degree and dysfunctional development.…”

Analysis of Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Jilin Province Based on Improved TOPSISI Model by HOU Yue, LI Zhijun, WANG Huafan, HUANG Jiajun

“…The carrying capacity state of water resources is an important reference for stable social and economic development.On the basis of the water resources bulletins,statistical yearbooks,and national economic and social development bulletins of Jilin Province from 2004 to 2019,18 indicators such as the development and utilization rate of water resources are selected,and four evaluation subsystems including one for water resources are constructed.Moreover,the TOPSIS model based on the game theory and the combination weighting method is used to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution of water resources carrying capacity (WRCC) and the coupling coordination in the nine administrative divisions of Jilin Province.The results indicate that except for Changchun City,Baicheng City,and Siping City,where the multi-year WRCC is in Class Ⅲ,i.e.,on the verge of overload,the other six cities and prefecture are all in Class Ⅱ with a good carrying capacity.The comprehensive evaluation value of each city or prefecture from high to low satisfies the following order:Tonghua City,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,Jilin City,Songyuan City,Baishan City,Liaoyuan City,Siping City,Baicheng City,and Changchun City.In general,the WRCC in Jilin Province is in a good condition.With the improvement in the local development and utilization rate of water resources,the coupling coordination of WRCC subsystems is gradually improved,and the stress resistance is further enhanced.…”

Analysis of Dynamic Change and Driving Factors of Ecological Footprint of Water Resources in Yunnan Province by ZHENG Tao, MI Zhijuan, XIE Yinchang

“…In order to ensure the coordination of water resources utilization and economic development in Yunnan Province,the sustainable planning and management of water resources in Yunnan Province should be strengthened.This paper analyzes the dynamic changes of water-resources ecological footprint in Yunnan Province from 2006 to 2018 through the ecological footprint model of water resources,and its driving factors by combining the LMDI decomposition method.The results show that:The total ecological footprint of water resources in Yunnan Province increased steadily and slowly as a whole.In the water utilization structure,the production water accounts for the largest proportion,with the highest ecological footprint,and followed by the domestic water,and the ecological water.From 2006 to 2018,the ecological carrying capacity of water resources in Yunnan Province showed a fluctuating trend,which increased overall after 2011.The water resources in Yunnan Province were in a state of ecological surplus,the same as that in all prefectures and cities.Among them,Kunming,Yuxi,and Chuxiong are on the verge of an ecological deficit,and the ecological footprint of water resources per 10 000 yuan of GDP is on the decline.Economic and technological factors play a leading role in the change of water-resources ecological footprint in Yunnan Province,among which economic factors play a positive role in driving the growth of water-resources ecological footprint.Therefore,it can be concluded that the water resources in Yunnan provinces is under a safe development and utilization state,with a great development potentiality.However,the distribution of water resources in different prefectures and cities is unbalanced,so it needs to be reasonably allocated.…”
