Disruption of Budget Rules in the Legal System of the Country: Preemptive Clarification as a Solution (A Case Study of the Budgets from 2020 to 2023)
Published 2024-12-01“…In this research, using a descriptive-analytical method and for the first time, by examining the provisions of the budget laws of the country from 1399 to 1402 in terms of clarification rules, we conclude that, on one hand, the lack of attention to the clarifying effects of budget laws on other current laws has become an incorrect practice, and on the other hand, the non-observance of clarifying principles and legislative rules poses a serious obstacle to achieving an optimal legal system. …”

Multi-scenario simulation and eco-environmental effect analysis of “Production–Living–Ecological space” based on PLUS model: A case study of Anyang City
Published 2025-01-01“…The change rate of the ecological protection scenario is the smallest, and the decrease rate of the urban development scenario is the largest. (3) In 2060, all three scenarios show varying degrees of reduction in the Ecological environment quality index (EQI) compared to 2020. At the same time, the change in regional environmental quality is closely related to the change in agricultural land. (4) The regional ecological environment quality is the result of multi-factors, among which annual precipitation has the strongest explanatory power, and all factors show synergistic effects. …”

Targeting Transcriptional Regulators Affecting Acarbose Biosynthesis in Actinoplanes sp. SE50/110 Using CRISPRi Silencing
Published 2024-12-01“…The pCRISPomyces2i vector allows for reversible silencing, while the integrative pSETT4i vector provides a rapid screening approach for many targets due to its shorter conjugation time into Actinoplanes sp. These vectors were validated by silencing the known acarbose biosynthesis genes acbB and acbV, as well as their regulator, CadC. …”

Climatology of Dayside E‐Region Zonal Neutral Wind Shears From ICON‐MIGHTI Observations
Published 2024-02-01“…The results show that the probability of occurrence of large shears is strongly dependent on the altitude, with the vertical profile varying with shear direction, latitude, season, and local time. In general, below 110 km altitude, large negative shears of the eastward wind are most likely to happen during summer at 8–10 LT in 25°N–40°N latitudes, showing a high probability across nearly all longitudes. …”

Assessment of the presence of antibiotic residues in meat from small-scale broiler farms in the Pwani region of Tanzania
Published 2024-12-01“…The absence of antibiotic residues can be attributed to the age of the animals sampled, as at over 5 weeks, they would have had time to eliminate the drugs. A rearing period of four weeks is insufficient and would be a factor favouring the presence of drug residues in broiler meat.…”

Three-Dimensional Physical Simulation of Heavy Oil Exploitation by Hot Solvent Injection
Published 2022-01-01“…Additionally, the study also showed that for hot solvents in different phases, the use of hot solvent vapor not only required less injected solvent but also exhibited a high oil production rate, which shortened production time and reduced energy consumption. Moreover, the oil recovery rate was higher than 60%, the solvent retention rate was lower than 10%, and the cumulative oil exchange rate was higher than 3 t/t, which constituted better economic benefits and provided a reliable theoretical basis for onsite oilfield applications.…”
