    “… خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إشراك المعلمين في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمين، وبناء البرامج التدريبية التي تلبي هذه الاحتياجات، واشتملت هذه الدراسة على ثلاثة فصول، حيث تناول في الفصل الأول خطة الدراسة والمقدمة والدراسات السابقة وتطرق الفصل الثاني إلى الدراسة الميدانية، والفصل الثالث الي نتائج الدراسة الميدانية والمعالجات الإحصائية، حيث تناولت الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية المتمثلة في السؤال، ما الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي مادة الأحياء في المرحلة الثانوية في الجمهورية اليمنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والموجهين؟ ولغرض الإجابة على تساؤل الدراسة والتحقق من صحة فروض الدراسة المتمثلة في عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ما يراه الموجهون والمعلمون في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية، يعزى لمتغير الوظيفة (موجه- معلم) أو متغير الجنس متغير سنوات  الخبرة ) ١-٥ سنوات ( ٦-٠) ١ سنوات) (أكثر من . ١ سنوات) فقد احتوت الاستبانة على  (٥٤) فقرة لستة مجالات وتم تطبيقها على (٤٢) معلم ومعلمة يمثلون( %٢٠ من المجتمع  الأصلي البالغ عددهم (١٧٣) معلم ومعلمة، بواقع منطقتين تعليميتين تمثلان ) %٢٠ من  المناطق التعليمية البالغ عددها (١٠) مناطق تعليمية في العاصمة صنعاء، كما تم توزيع الاستبانة على (١٠) موجهين، يمثلون (٢%) من المجتمع الأصلي والبالغ عددهم (١٦) موجه ومو جهة، وقد تمت المعالجات الإحصائية باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وتم حساب المتوسطات واختبار الفروق ،(T-test) وتحليل التباين الأحادي )                                                                             دلالة ذات فروق وجود عن أسفرت وقد ،(Scheffe) واختبار (One Way Anova إحصائية بين ما يراه المعلمون والموجهون للاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلم الإحياء في المجال السادس (التقويم ،( وترجع الفروق لصالح الموجهين، أي أن الموجهين يرون أن المعلم يحتاج إلى التدريب أكثر مما يراه المعلمون، في حين لم توجد فروق في بقية المجالات الأخرى حسب الوظيفة (موحه - معلم) فقد اتفق الموجهون والمعلمون في احتياج معلم الأحياء في المرحلة الثانوية للتدريب في بقية المجالات، كما وجدت فروق بين المعلمين والمعلمات في احتياجاتهم التدريبية في المجال الثالث (إدارة البيئة الصفية ،( وترجع الفروق لصالح المعلمات، أي أن  المعلمات أكثر احتياجا للتدريب في هذا المجال من فئة المعلمين، في حين لم توجد فروق في  بقية المجالات الأخرى حسب الجنس (ذكر ( - أنثى)، فقد اتفق فيها المعلمون والمعلمات في احتياجاقهم التدريبية في بقية المجالات، كما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حسب  سنوات الخبرة أي أن الجميع متفقون على احتياج معلم الأحياء للتدريب في المجالات  المذكورة.      …”
