男性幼儿分泌型乳腺癌1例报告

“…男性乳腺癌发病率较低,国内男性乳癌约占全部乳腺癌患者的1%65377;而男性分泌型乳腺癌患者更为少见65377;我院2008年接收1例幼年男性分泌型乳腺癌,现报告如下:患儿男性,4岁,2006年12月因碰撞右侧胸壁后发现右乳腺外下象限肿块,约1.0 cm × 1.0 cm,家长考虑血肿而未予治疗,但肿块渐增大,遂于6个月后在当地医院检查:右胸壁肿块约为2.0 cm × 2.0 cm × 1.0 cm大小,质中,活动度可,无压痛,右侧腋窝可触及两枚直径约0.7 ~ 0.8 cm肿大淋巴结,质硬,活动度差65377;2007年6月23日在当地医院行乳腺肿块切除术,术后标本送四川华西医院病理科诊断为:倾向幼年性乳腺癌65377;遂行右乳腺癌改良根治术65377;蜡块经我院病理科诊断为:右乳腺浸润型癌(倾向为分泌型癌/幼年性乳腺癌,男性乳腺癌),腋窝淋巴结2/11枚转移;免疫组化雌孕激素受体ER(-),PR(+),原癌基因CerbB2-;分期为pT2N1MO Ⅱb期65377;术后外院行CMF方案(环磷酰胺400 mg,第1天加甲氨蝶呤25 mg和5-氟尿嘧啶400 mg)化疗6周期,化疗后予他莫昔酚5 mg(2次/d)未行放射治疗,随访至今患儿身体健康,发育良好65377;…”
