Impact of Different Mode Decomposition Methods Combined with LSTM Models on Daily Runoff Forecasting
Published 2023-01-01“…A combination of modal decomposition and deep learning forecasting methods was introduced to daily runoff forecasting to address the characteristics of unstable and volatile daily runoff series.Firstly, the complete ensemble empirical modal decomposition method was used to decompose the daily runoff time series,so as to obtain the modal components of different frequency components.Secondly, the daily runoff forecasting model was constructed for different modal components based on the long short-term memory neural network (LSTM),and the hyperparameters of the forecasting model were optimized using the grid search parametric optimization algorithm. Finally, the forecasting results of each model were modally reconstructed to obtain daily runoff forecasting results. The daily runoff forecasting of the Yichang hydrological station was taken as an example.Compared with the single LSTM,the RMSE,MAE,and MAPE of the proposed combination model were reduced by 65.02%,58.35%,and 2.88%,respectively.The decomposition effect of the complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition was better than that of the traditional modal decomposition method, which provided a new method and reference for nonlinear and non-stable daily runoff forecasting in a short time scale.…”

Settlement of Dispute on Murabahah Financing with Default Customer
Published 2022-01-01“…The Supreme Court's decision Number 649 K/AG/2017 does not reflect a fully progressive decision, for the bank and also for the customer, the decision has not received a value of benefit, because the Supreme Court judge does not give a time limit to customers who are considered unable to make payments in accordance with the agreement (default) to reschedule (rescheduling), in the absence of such a time limit, provides an opportunity for customers who are in default to prolong the delay in payment so that this can be detrimental to the bank.…”

A multi-source threat intelligence confidence value evaluation method based on machine learning
Published 2020-01-01“…During the collection process of multi-source threat intelligence,it is very hard for the intelligence center to make a scientific decision to massive intelligence because the data value density is low,the intelligence repeatabil-ity is high, and the ineffective time is very short, etc.Based on those problems,a new multi-source threat intelligence confidence value evaluation method was put forward based on machine learning.First of all, according to the STIX intelligence standard format,a multi-source intelligence data standardization process was designed.Secondly,ac-cording to the characteristic of data,14 characteristics were extracted from four dimensions of publishing time, source, intelligence content and blacklist matching degree to be the basis of determining the intelligence reliability. After getting the feature encoding,an intelligence confidence value evaluation model was designed based on deep neural network algorithm and Softmax classifier.Backward propagation algorithm was also used to minimize recon-struction error.Last but not least, according to the 2 000 open source marked sample data,k-ford cross-validation method was used to evaluate the model and get an average of 91.37% macro-P rate and 84.89% macro-R rate.It was a good reference for multi-source threat intelligence confidence evaluation.…”

Multi-agent resource allocation strategy for UAV swarm-based cooperative sensing
Published 2023-03-01“…Driven by the development of intelligent internet of things (IoT) technology, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarms have been widely used for sensing and monitoring in emergency and rescue scenarios. The UAVs automatically sense and discover mission targets in the mission area, recruiting neighboring UAVs to form perception and computation task groups to collaboratively complete the perception, acquisition and processing of data. However, repetitive sensory data and imbalance in the supply and demand of computational resources between multiple tasks cause additional computational and communication overheads and increase the end-to-end processing latency. To address this challenge, a multi-task resource allocation approach combining bionics and multi-agent independent reinforcement learning was proposed, making collaborative resource allocation decisions based on local task information. The method represents the resource requirements of individual tasks as situational information concentrations and dynamically updates the heterogeneous resource requirements of each task by spreading the situational information across task groups. At the same time, it combines multi-agent independent reinforcement learning methods for intelligent decision making in order to collaboratively allocate the heterogeneous resources of each task.Simulation results show that this solution can not only effectively reduce the task execution time, but also significantly improve the computational resource utilization.…”
