TESTING SHEEP AND GOAT POX VIRUSES FOR THEIR REPRODUCTION IN PRIMARY AND SUBCULTURED CELLS by A. B. Sarbasov, B. L. Manin, R. V. Yashin, I. N. Shumilova, V. I. Diev

    Published 2019-06-01
“…Activity of sheep and goat poxviruses passaged 5 times was 5.5–6.0 lg TCID50/cm3. Taking into account that modern cell cultivation conditions allow primary trypsinized cell populations subcultivation up to 25–30th passage, subcultures together with continuous cell lines can be used for large-scale sheep and goat poxvirus production and research purposes.…”

Comparative Analysis of Tensile Properties of Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete by ZHANG Yang

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In order to explore the quantitative difference of the test methods on the tensile properties of hydraulic asphalt concrete, this paper prepares samples with different gradation indexes according to the aggregate gradation theory, measures the tensile properties through uniaxial tensile test, splitting test and trabecular bending test, analyzes the indexes such as strength, deformation and critical strain energy density, identifies the changing law of tensile properties of asphalt concrete, and specifies the difference of the three test results. The test results shows that:The stress-strain curve of asphalt concrete shows strain softening when it is subjected to uniaxial tensile, and hyperbolic liner when it is subjected to splitting stress, and the strain softening is affected by the gradation index when it is subjected to bending stress.Compared with the uniaxial tensile test results, the difference in the deformation modulus measured by the splitting test is smaller, the strength and peak strain are 10% higher, and the critical strain energy density is 20% higher;the trabecular bending test results are 1.3~2.8 times that of uniaxial tensile test. The uniaxial tensile test is preferred to determine the tensile properties of asphalt concrete. When it is not available, the splitting test can be used to measure the tensile strength and deformation modulus.…”

Rational-security and fair two-party comparison protocol by Bowen ZHAO, Yao ZHU, Yang XIAO, Qingqi PEI, Xiaoguo LI, Ximeng LIU

    Published 2023-12-01
“…., Bob) of the comparison result.Obviously, if Alice refused or failed to send the comparison result to Bob, Bob learned nothing about the comparison result, which broke the fairness of the two-party comparison protocol.Based on this, a rational-security and fair two-party comparison protocol TEAM was proposed by seamlessly combining the threshold Paillier cryptosystem and game theory.Specifically, a novel secure two-party comparison protocol based on the threshold Paillier cryptosystem was designed and then searched for equilibrium points at which two parties could obtain comparison results.Strict theoretical analysis demonstrate that TEAM guarantees rational two-party to always obtain the comparison result without sacrificing any of their inputs. In other words, TEAM was correct, secure, and fair.In addition, the experimental results show that TEAM improves up to 50 times in terms of efficiency compared with previous methods under the same experimental settings.…”

Research on bionic mechanism based endogenous security defense system by Aiqun HU, Lanting FANG, Tao LI

    Published 2021-02-01
“…Shell-based security defense technologies such as firewall, intrusion detection and anti-virus cannot be updated in a timely fashion upon identification of attacks. The security defense mechanism is not associated with the security status of network devices, resulting in low security performance. To solve the above problems, an endogenous security defense system based on the bionic security mechanism was proposed.Firstly, imitating the security defense mechanism of the organism, the endogenous security system integrated the security component with each other at the construction process.Secondly, the endogenous security associates all security components through network interconnection, and proposed a defense in depth and comprehensive approach to increase the security of a system. Finally, through the self-learning, endogenous security's ability of threat detection was continuous enhanced.By integrating the security system and information system, an endogenous security defense system was constructed. The endogenous security defense system can handle the challenges such as low defensive efficiency ratio, high-speed data processing, and unknown threats detection. The endogenous security system is an efficient security defense system of “innate growth and independent growth”.It meets the development needs of information systems with “high availability, security and high efficiency”.…”
