    “…به منظور اندازه‌گیری بیان ژن‌های موردنظر از روش Real-Time PCR استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و تفاوت‌های بین گروهی، با استفاده از آزمون‌های پارامتریک Levene، Independent Sample T-test، One-way ANOVA و آزمون تعقیبی Tukey در سطح معنی‌داری، 0/05 ˂ P تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: بیان ژن‌های AKT, PDK1, PIP3 در عضله‌ی کف پایی موش‌های صحرایی نر در گروه بازتمرینی نسبت به سایر گروه‌ها تفاوت معنی‌داری دارد (به ترتیب 0/024 = P، 0/0001 = P  و 0/0001 = P).نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد که تمرین مقاومتی قبل از تعلیق اندام تحتانی و همچنین بعد از بی‌تحرکی، سبب کاهش آتروفی در عضله‌ی کف پایی موش‌های صحرایی نر می‌شود. …”
