Les « dissidences non dissidentes » du Front Polisario dans les camps de réfugiés et la diaspora sahraouis by Carmen Gómez Martín, Cédric Omet

    Published 2009-11-01
“…Twenty years of diplomatic failures have led to the emergence of groups who have re-appropriated the rhetoric of a call to arms and the challenge to existing power structures. In this article we show that such organizations, defining themselves as the “non-dissident dissidents” of the Polisario Front, are reshaping the Sahrawi political camp, opening a way to internal opposition and the possibility of political change at the head of Polisario Front, and introducing further uncertainty in the resolution of the conflict in the Western Sahara.…”

Research on the programming language for proxy re-encryption by Mang SU, Yan YU, Bin WU, Anmin FU

    Published 2018-06-01
“…The programming language for proxy re-encryption(PLPRE) based on domain specific language(DSL) was proposed, which was similar to the matical description and was adopt to describe the proxy re-encryption directly. The algorithm designer could describe the algorithm conveniently and quickly by PLPRE,and obtain the programming code for computer.Firstly, the grammar of PLPRE was presented, including the definitions of the keyword and programming logic, then the ACC-PRE algorithm was described by PLPRE as an example.Secondly, the PLPRE parser was realized by ANTLR.Finally, the comparisons between the PLPRE and the related work were made.By using the PLPRE,user does not need to pay attentions to data structure or memory allocation. It is suitable for the cryptography experts who is not familiar with the programming. Thus,PLPRE will decrease the deviation between the design and implement for PRE.…”

SOUND RADIATION ANALYSIS OF LOW ORDER VIBRATION MODES FROM A FINITE CYLINDRICAL SHELL IN DIFFERENT FLUIDS by DONG KangJun, FENG Yang

    Published 2015-01-01
“…The results show that more vibration modes contribute to the sound power of the finite cylindrical shells in air, however, the influence of the fluid-structure coupling on the radial squared velocity of the shells is very remarkable in water, the performance of the sound power radiated from the finite cylindrical shells is decreased with the increase of the circumferential vibration modes, and only first several vibration modes are required to accurately calculate the sound power.…”

Aux frontières poreuses des cartes palestiniennes et de l'art contemporain by Anaïs Farine

    Published 2013-12-01
“…Numerous contemporary Palestinian artists take on maps, either as patterns (classical maps simply emerge in the space of their work) or as conceptual models to structure their projects. Through the study of videos such as M* of Bethlehem [Ayreen Anastas, 2003], Red, Dead and Mediterranean [Akram Al-Ashqar, 2006], and We Began by Measuring Distance [Basma Al-sharif, 2009], we attempted to examine the displacement of artistic boundaries and the representation of geopolitical space within contemporary Palestinian moving images. …”

Research on Discrete Element Numerical Simulation of Loess Landslide under Earthquakes by GUAN Xiaodi

    Published 2022-01-01
“…In order to deeply explore the motion and slip laws of loess landslide under earthquake loads, this paper used the discrete element method to numerically simulate the motion of the landslide mass under earthquake loads based on the Heifangtai Landslide in Gansu. The results show that the loess landslide has three parts under the earthquake loads, namely, the source area, the circulation area, and the accumulation area. The residual soil structure in the source area is looser than that before the sliding. In addition, the sliding displacement of particles at different positions near the slope surface in the source area varies greatly. The displacement of particles at the leading edge of the landslide mass is the largest, and that of particles at the trailing edge of the landslide is smaller. As the depth increases, the displacement of particles gradually decreases, and the difference is large.…”
