Effect of Electroacupuncture at Shenting and Baihui Acupoints on Ability of Learning and Memory and Expression of Autophagy Related Genes and Proteins in Cerebral Ischemia-reperfus...
Published 2016-08-01“…Morris water maze experiment was used to observe learning and memory ability of rats, TTC staining was used to observe the change of brain infarction area of rats, RT-PCR and Western Blot were used to detect the expression of autophagy related genes and proteins in hippocampus.Results:④Morris water maze outcomes showed that compared with the model group, the escape latency time of rats in the EA group was obviously shortened, the number of across-platform was increased and the distance was shortened (P<0.05).④Compared with the model group, the nerve defect scale of brain ischemia-reperfusion injury rats in the EA group was decreased (P<0.05).④TTC staining results showed that the area of brain infarction in the EA group and model group was respectively higher than that in the sham operation group, and the volume of brain infarction in the EA group was reduced compared with the model group (P<0.05).④Compared with the model group, the levels of Beclin 1, LC3Ⅰ/Ⅱand PI3K mRNA and protein in the left side of hippocampus in the EA group were increased (P<0.05).Conclusion:EA at the DU24 and DU20 acupoints can reduce the cerebral infarction, and improve animal behaviors, and protect the neuronal injury. …”

Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells Decrease the Expression of RANKL in Collagen-Induced Arthritis Rats via Reducing the Levels of IL-22
Published 2019-01-01“…The concentrations of IL-22 and RANKL in serum were detected by ELISA and those in synovial tissue of rats’ joints by immunohistochemical staining. In addition, the expression of RANKL mRNA was measured by RT-PCR in the fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs), cultured with IL-22 in vitro, which were delivered from the joints of CIA rats treated with or without MSCs. …”

La place des habitants dans la patrimonialisation conflictuelle du logement social
Published 2015-09-01“…Rather, the promotion of heritage is based on the views of experts (“cité Renaudie” at Villetaneuse), whilst intercommunality promotes residential activism (as in the garden-suburb of Stains). Promotion of heritage is threatened in two ways: mobilization against the notion by residents experiencing terrible social problems (“Cité des Poètes” in Pierrefitte), or the departure of such people away from social housing.…”

Neuroprotective Effect of Crocin on Rats with Focal Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury Based on TLR4/NF-κB Pathway
Published 2022-12-01“…After reperfution for 24 h, modified neurological severity score (mNSS) was used to evaluate the neurological deficits; triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining method was used to evaluate cerebral infarction rate, and dry-wet method was used to evaluate brain water content; hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE) staining and TUNEL staining were used to observe pathological changes and apoptosis of cortical neurons; ELISA method was used to detect the level of inflammatory factors in brain tissue (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, etc.); western blot was used to detect the expression of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), nuclear factor-κB p65 (NF-κB p65), p-NF-κB p65, IκBα, p-IκBα, Cleved Caspase-3, B-lymphoma-2 gene (Bcl-2), Bcl-2-related X protein (Bax).Results(1) Neurological function, cerebral infarction rate and cerebral water content: compared with the sham operation group, the mNSS score, cerebral infarction rate, cerebral water content in the model group increased significantly (P<0.05); compared with the model group, the mNSS score, cerebral infarction rate, cerebral water content in the crocin group and the crocin + lipopolysaccharide group decreased significantly (P<0.05); compared with the crocin group, the mNSS score, cerebral infarction rate, cerebral water content in the crocin + lipopolysaccharide group increased significantly (P<0.05). (2) Pathological changes and apoptosis of cortical neurons: the cortical neurons in the sham operation group showed normal morphology and complete structure; the pathological changes of cortical neurons such as disordered arrangement, decreased number, vacuolar degeneration, hyperchromatic cytoplasmic pyknosis, unclear nuclear membrane boundary, inflammatory cell infiltration were observed in the model group; the pathological changes of cortical neurons in the crocin group were significantly improved. …”
