Distinct MLT asymmetry of auroral kilometric radiation observed by the FAST satellite
Published 2025-01-01“…Similar emissions have been observed in all magnetic planet magnetospheres of the solar system. In this study, using observations from the FAST satellite from 30 August 1996 to 9 September 2001, the distribution of AKR in altitude = 500−4500 km and invariant latitude (|ILAT|) = 60°−80° has been analyzed. 63045 AKR samples have been identified with ~48% (52%) samples on the dayside (nightside). …”

Master Robotic Net
Published 2010-01-01“…Such a survey will make it possible to address a number of fundamental problems: search for dark energy via the discovery and photometry of supernovae (including SNIa), search for exoplanets, microlensing effects, discovery of minor bodies in the Solar System, and space-junk monitoring. All MASTER telescopes can be guided by alerts, and we plan to observe prompt optical emission from gamma-ray bursts synchronously in several filters and in several polarization planes.…”

Solar Modulation of Low-energy Cosmic-Ray Nitrogen and Its Comparison with Oxygen
Published 2025-01-01“…The heliospheric environment is very complex and filled with diverse high-energy particles from various origins, and among these particles, cosmic rays (CRs), including anomalous and Galactic components (ACRs and GCRs), are unique as they originate from beyond the solar system. Due to their stable and long-lasting presence in the heliosphere, the study of CRs is crucial for protecting humanity and other lifeforms against the hazards of high-energy radiation. …”

Excess Ultraviolet Emission at High Galactic Latitudes: A New Horizons View
Published 2025-01-01“…The former is the first firm detection of the offset in the range 912–1100 Å while the latter result confirms previous results from the Galaxy Evolution Explorer, showing that there is little emission from the solar system from 1400 to 1800 Å. About half of the offset may be explained by known sources (the integrated light of unresolved galaxies, unresolved stars, emission from ionized gas, and two-photon emission from warm hydrogen in the halo) with the source of the remaining emission as yet unidentified. …”
