القياسات البديلة لمقالات دوريات الوصول الحر في علوم المکتبات والمعلومات المضمنة بقاعدة بيانات Scopus باستخدام أداة PlumX by د. ابتسام عبد السلام شتا

“…المستخلصتناولت الدراسة القياسات البديلة والوصول الحر للمعلومات من خلال دراسة التأثير المجتمعي لمجموعة من المقالات المتاحة بدوريات الوصول الحر المتخصصة في مجال المکتبات والمعلومات والمضمنة بقاعدة بيانات Scopus، باستخدام واحدة من أشهر أدوات القياس البديل وهي أداة القياس (PlumX)، بهدف التعرف على الدور الذي تقوم به تلک الأداة في تقييم المقالات العلمية، وکذلک مدى مشارکة المجتمع لتلک المقالات والوقوف على العلاقات الارتباطية ودلالتها الإحصائية بين مؤشر القياس التقليدي (الاقتباس) والقياسات البديلة (الاستخدام، الالتقاط، التذکر، مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي) التي توفرها أداة القياس PlumX لمقالات دوريات الوصول الحر في مجال المکتبات والمعلومات بقاعدة بيانات Scopus، وبالتالي الخروج بالدلالات الإحصائية للفروق في التأثير المجتمعي بين مقالات تلک الدوريات، باستخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوى أحد أساليب المنهج الوصفي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مؤشر القياس التقليدي (الاقتباس) ومؤشرات القياس البديل (الاستخدام، الالتقاط، اذکر، مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي) بدلالات إحصائية متفاوتة (0,01 ، 0,05)، کما يحتل مؤشر القياس (الاستخدام) الصدارة في تسجيل أعلى معدل على مدار السنوات الثلاث (2017 - 2019) مقارنة بباقي مؤشرات قياس PlumX وذلک من خلال دورية College، في حين حصل مؤشر القياس (اذکر) على أدنى معدل على مدار السنوات الثلاث مقارنة بباقي مؤشرات قياس PlumX وکانت أدنى قيمه في عام 2017، کما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشجيع الباحثين والأکاديميين على استخدام المنتجات البحثية الإلکترونية والإبداء بآرائهم حولها في أي من مصادر الويب الاجتماعي لتنبيه الزملاء في تخصصاتهم إلى نتائج بحث مهمة ومجدية.الکلمات المفتاحية: القياسات البديلة - قياسات المعلومات - الوصول الحر - دوريات الوصول الحر- علوم المکتبات والمعلومات.…”
