    “…This study provides a description of a number of sites providing servicesand health care in Egypt at the end of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries ADthrough the official documents of the Egyptian government contained in a numberof bureaus, ministries, interests, and bodies, with the clarification and explanationof their budgets, and the material and logistical needs required of Funds, andequipment, to provide these Services for the pilgrims of God’s Sacred Houseevery year, and this study deals with the documentation of health servicesprovided to pilgrims in that period that witnessed many multiple politicalfluctuations, including the beginning of the English occupation of Egypt in 1882AD, and the decline of Ottoman influence on Egypt, and on the Hijaz that cameunder the influence of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after its establishment in1932 AD, these events that affected the ways and mechanisms for providingthese services and health care for Egyptian pilgrims, as well as for pilgrimscrossing through the land, and Egyptian sea routes, which is in addition toprevious studies and works That dealt with the topic from different angles, also,this study touched on some of the literature that dealt with this topic, whichprovided the Arab Library with false, or sometimes unconfirmed, information onthe extent of the Egyptian administration's interest in providing these healthservices, which this study sought to answer in a way Scientific through what wasmentioned in the Egyptian official documents.On the other hand - this study sought to reveal the terms anddocumentary terms that were used officially in this health, administrative,financial, marine, and other terms used during the nineteenth and early twentiethcentury, and which were known and used by official officials in blogging Records,and official records produced during that period.…”
