Metrics for code obfuscation based on symbolic execution and N-scope complexity by Yuqiang XIAO, Yunfei GUO, Yawen WANG

    Published 2022-12-01
“…Code obfuscation has been well developed as mitigated endogenous security technology, to effectively resist MATE attacks (e.g.reverse engineering). And it also has important value for the reasonable metrics of code obfuscation effect.Since symbolic execution is widely used in anti-obfuscation attacks, metrics for code obfuscation resilience can refer to the efforts of generating input test set for executing all program paths. However, some adversarial techniques could reduce the symbol execution efficiency significantly based on the nested structure of the program and increase the error of the resilience reference. To solve the above problems, a metrics for code obfuscation was proposed based on symbolic execution and N-scope complexity. The obfuscation resilience was defined with symbolic execution time and obfuscation potency was defined based on the proposed N-scope complexity for better robustness in measuring the resilience of multi-nested structure programs.Furthermore, the correlation analysis of obfuscation effect was proposed and the effect was quantified by symbolic execution and control flow diagram extraction of programs.Over 4000 obfuscated programs from 3 open-sourced assemblies were evaluated with proposed metrics in the experiment, which indicated the generalization performance and practicality of the metrics. And an example of this metrics application was presented in a simulated obfuscation scenario which provided references of obfuscation technology metrics and obfuscation configuration for obfuscation users.…”

The reasons for a collector to put together, apparently with full knowledge of the facts, a collection of fakes may be many: the control of the quantity and the quality of the pieces he was collecting, the mastery of the competition of the elimination of the concerns usually encountered: the rarity and uncertain provenance of the objects.…”

    转向节特性对盘式制动器尖叫影响的研究 by 金鑫君, 方晓汾, 邓小雷

    Published 2021-01-01
“…Considering that the effect of steering knuckle on squeal is usually ignored when performing analysis of disc brake squeal,in this work,a finite element model of disc brake system including steering knuckle component is established, and the vibration characteristics of the brake system are predicted and analyzed by using complex eigenvalue analysis method. On this basis, the influence of steering knuckle characteristics on brake squeal instability behavior is studied. The results show that the increase of friction coefficient will enhance the tendency of braking system to generate squeal instability, and the steering knuckle plays a significant role in affecting the coupling between different components of the brake system. The mode of knuckle may induce the generation of brake squeal.Ignoring the steering knuckle during squeal analysis and prediction will cause the phenomenon of‘over-prediction’and ‘under-prediction’.The stiffness of steering knuckle has a strong influence on squeal behavior. The increase of steering knuckle stiffness will cause more unstable vibration of frequency and accordingly increase the squeal intensity of the system. In addition, since there is no significant friction movement between the knuckle and the disc hub,the friction coefficient at the knuckle-disc hub connection shows little impact on the braking squeal behavior of the system. The above research results provide a basis for understanding the generation of brake squeal and proposing reasonable measures to improve the squeal.…”

Experimental Study on Curtain Grouting with Large Hole Spacing and Deep Holes in the Panlong Lead-Zinc Mine by TAO Wangxiong, FENG Yuanyu, LI Xijia, ZHANG Aiheng

    Published 2022-01-01
“…In the upper reaches of the Datangxia Water Control Project, the high-pressure head formed by water storage will increase the water inflow in the Panlong lead-zinc mine to a certain extent and thus affect the safety of underground production. In order to eliminate the adverse effects brought by water storage, two anti-seepage curtains are planned to be built on the east and west sides of the mine.In addition,to provide reasonable technical parameters for the actual grouting construction, this paper carries out the grouting test at a suitable position on the axis of the curtain. The test results show that:① The double-row grouting with 3 m row spacing and 6 m hole spacing can basically meet the anti-seepage standard of curtain design when arranged in a plum blossom shape;② cement clay slurry can be applied in dealing with special sections such as large karst caves and wide fissures in karst areas;③ in terms of the vertical heterogeneity of karst development, the bottom elevation of hanging curtain with deep holes in karst areas should enter the aquitard, with a depth of not less than 10 m.The results of the grouting test provide a reference for the design and construction of curtain grouting with large hole spacing and deep holes in karst areas.…”
