    地铁转向架排障器的结构改进及疲劳性能评估 by 许喆, 智鹏鹏, 刘东亮

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In view of the fracture and edge crack initiation of the bogie cowcatcher during the service of a metro train, the failure causes are analyzed, and a fatigue performance evaluation method combining finite element analysis and dynamic stress test is proposed to verify the rationality of improving the structural design of the cowcatcher.Firstly, the structure of the cowcatcher with fracture or edge crack is analyzed in the aspects of design, structure, manufacturing and raw materials, and the corresponding structural improvement scheme is proposed.Secondly, the static strength and fatigue strength of the structure for the new cowcatcher are analyzed to clarify the dangerous parts according to the EN13749 standard.Thirdly, determine the strain gauge layout plan and conduct line tests considering the simulation analysis results and the operating space comprehensively. Finally, the fatigue performance evaluation of the cowcatcher is carried out by miner’s linear cumulative damage rule and IIW recommended S-N curve. The results show that the fatigue performance of the new type of cowcatcher based on finite element analysis and dynamic stress test meet the requirements, and the two support each other to further verify the rationality of the new structure design.Simultaneously, the simulation analysis results provide a theoretical reference for the reasonable arrangement of measuring points.…”

Differential privacy budget optimization based on deep learning in IoT by Dan LUO, Ruzhi XU, Zhitao GUAN

    Published 2022-06-01
“…In order to effectively process the massive data brought by the large-scale application of the internet of things (IoT), deep learning is widely used in IoT environment. However, in the training process of deep learning, there are security threats such as reasoning attacks and model reverse attacks, which can lead to the leakage of the original data input to the model.Applying differential privacy to protect the training process parameters of the deep model is an effective way to solve this problem.A differential privacy budget optimization method was proposed based on deep learning in IoT, which adaptively allocates different budgets according to the iterative change of parameters. In order to avoid the excessive noise, a regularization term was introduced to constrain the disturbance term.Preventing the neural network from over fitting also helps to learn the salient features of the model.Experiments show that this method can effectively enhance the generalization ability of the model. As the number of iterations increases, the accuracy of the model trained after adding noise is almost the same as that obtained by training using the original data, which not only achieves privacy protection, but also guarantees the availability, which means balance the privacy and availability.…”

Regression Analysis of Initial Geostress Field for Deep-Buried Tunnel of Water Resources Allocation Project in Guangdong Province around the Beibu Gulf by DAI Zhikun, ZHENG Xiao, YOU Siqin

    Published 2023-01-01
“…Geostress has important influence on the surrounding rock of the deep-buried tunnel during its construction.Accurately identifying the initial geostress of the engineering area can effectively guide the design and construction of the tunnel. In order to study the distribution of initial geostress in the deeply buried tunnel area of water resources allocation project in Guangdong Province around the Beibu Gulf,a three-dimensional geological model was established via the finite difference software FLAC3D,by reference to the geoengineering conditions and measured data on geostress, with the relevant analysis and calculation conducted under the separate effects of each factor concerning the initial geostress field. And the a multiple regression model between measured and calculated values was established to work out the optimal regression coefficient through multiple regression analysis, thus obtaining the regression equation of geostress.By comparing the regression values and the measured values,it is found that the magnitude and direction of the two values are close to each other, indicating that the initial geostress field established by regression analysis is reasonable and can provide effective basic data for subsequent evaluation of the stability of surrounding rock of the tunnel, support design and long-term safety evaluation and prediction.…”

Virtual machine scheduling strategy based on dual-speed and work vacation mode and its parameter optimization by Shun-fu JIN, Shan-shan HAO, Bao-shuai WANG

    Published 2017-12-01
“…Due to the increasingly strict environmental standards, high pollution and high energy consumption have become the significant factors restricting the development of cloud data centers (CDC).Under the premise of guaranteeing the quality of service (QoS) of CDC,dynamic power management (DPM) technology was applied, synchronous multiple working sleep mode was introduced, and a novel virtual machine (VM) scheduling strategy was proposed.By establishing a two-dimensional continuous-time Markov stochastic model with adaptive service rate and synchronous multiple work vacations, and using the method of a matrix geometric solution, the performance of the VM scheduling strategy was evaluated in terms of energy saving level and average delay of requests.Numerical results with analysis and simulation verify the energy saving effectiveness of the VM scheduling strategy. In order to achieve a reasonable balance between the response performance and the energy-saving effect,a system utility function was constructed from the perspective of economics and design a researching algorithm of the sleep parameter based on the firefly algorithm(FA).…”
