Pre-authentication and group management based secure handover for space-earth integration network by Jia-nan HONG, Shao-hua LI, Kai-ping XUE, Pei-lin HONG

    Published 2016-07-01
“…In space-earth integration network,high-speed movement of space nodes brings in the problem of fre-quent satellite access router (SAR) handover.A group-based secure handover scheme for multiple mobility nodes (MN) utilizing satellite trajectory prediction was proposed.By using the movement features of the corresponding entities,an efficient aggregation mechanism for the interaction message occurred during the multi-MN handover was put forward.By using predictable satellite trajectory, authentication and session key agreement between new SAR and MN was accomplished beforehand with the secure context.Compared with existing schemes, the proposed scheme can provide necessary security features, lower the handover delay, and reduce the computation and commu-nication overhead of mutual authentication and key agreement. The proposed scheme well suits the space-earth inte-gration network, where the satellite node is energy constraint.…”

The Deformation Analysis of a Deep Frame Top-Down Excavation in Downtown Shanghai Based on the 3D FEM by Ting Bai, Dong Xie

    Published 2021-01-01
“…The field monitoring results indicate that the magnitudes of wall deflections and ground settlements, along with the column’s uplift difference, are relatively small, which are below the specified protection levels, and that the FTDM is feasible as one of the extralarge excavation construction methods. It is reasonable to predict wall deflection by 3D FEM simulation with qualitative comparison between the simulated column uplifts and the measured data, yet the prediction of the settlement distribution is of no satisfaction. …”

    Published 2022-06-01
“…Low-orbit satellite internet technology is a highly innovative direction of development with few existing cases.Low-orbit satellite internet systems are characterised by a large number of constituent satellites, frequent topology changes, and complex payload types. The fault categories of such complex systems are diffi cult to be completely mastered with methods such as expert systems or practical engineering experience. Moreover, traditional fault detection and diagnosis methods tailored for a single satellite and a single functionality are diffi cult to predict uncertain faults under sophisticated and transient environment conditions. For the above problems, a fault prediction model based on the deep uncertainty estimation network for low-orbit satellite internet was proposed, and was verifi ed used self-collected data from simulated joint satellite-ground tests.Experimental results showed that the proposed method could improved the detection accuracy of known types of faults and demonstrated particular eff ectiveness in predicting faults of unknown types.…”

Improved SMC cardinality-balanced multi-Bernoulli forwardbackward smoothing track-before-detect algorithm by Jiazheng PEI, Yong HUANG, Yunlong DONG, Xiaolong CHEN

    Published 2019-08-01
“…For the tracking problem of multiple maneuvering targets in radar observation, the sequential Monte-Carlo cardinality-balanced multi-Bernoulli track-before-detect (SMC-CBMeMBer-TBD) algorithm is inaccurate in the estimation of the number of targets and the precision of state estimation. An improved algorithm based on SMC-CBMeMBer forward backward smoothing track-before-detect algorithm was proposed. In the algorithm, the multi target particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) was added between the process of prediction and update, and the fitness function was set up based on the observation value to make the particle set move to the position of the larger posterior probability density distribution, and solve the particle poverty in the heavy sampling process. In the update step, the algorithm was used. Then the smoothing recursive method was added, and the arithmetic operation time was prolonged, but the number and the state estimation precision were improved. The simulation results show that compared with the CBMeMBer-TBD method, the proposed algorithm improves the accuracy of the estimation of the number of maneuvering targets and the accuracy of the target state estimation.…”

    Published 2013-10-01
“…Improving the quality of channel listening is an effective way to reduce energy consumption and improve communication efficiency.PB-MAC(predict-base MAC),a novel low duty cycle and low collision asynchronous MAC protocol was presented.PB-MAC lowers sensor duty cycle by enabling senders to predict receiver wakeup times. An ef-ficient prediction-based reconnection and retransmission mechanism was introduced to achieve low collisions and high efficiency retransmission.Comparison of PB-MAC on OMNet++ with RI-MAC and X-MAC was evaluated.Evaluated on scenarios with 50 random disposed nodes, the average duty cycle, consumed energy and average collisions for PB-MAC is 68.60%,24.75% and 68.05% less than those of RI-MAC and 64.39%,64.05% and 70.54% less than those of X-MAC respectively. In grid network,PB-MAC also outperforms RI-MAC and X-MAC protocols.…”

A fast block partitioning algorithm for VVC intra coding based on depthwise separable convolution by Zhen YE, Guoxiang WANG, Junfeng SONG, Haokun LIU, Tiansong LI

    Published 2023-07-01
“…The joint video exploration team (JVET) proposed versatile video coding (VVC) as a new video coding standard, and its quadtree plus multi-type tree (QTMTT) partition structure brings effective coding performance improvements. However, it brings about a sharp increase in encoding complexity, which greatly increases the encoding time.In order to solve the above problems, a fast block partitioning algorithm for VVC intra coding based on depthwise separable convolution was proposed. The pixel of coding unit (CU) was used as input, and the texture information feature of CU was extracted through depth-separable convolution. Therefore, accurate partition mode prediction was realized in the QTMT structure in VVC, and the complexity of the encoder was reduced by skipping low-probability partition modes.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm saves 18% to 48% of encoding time on the VTM 15.2, and only brings an average performance loss of 0.15%.And the additional complexity brought by the lightweight depthwise separable convolution calculation is also negligible.…”
