A solution of computing power network based on domain name resolution by Qianying ZHAO, Wenjuan XING, Bo LEI, Lintao Jiang

    Published 2021-10-01
“…With the development of new digital technologies and businesses, and the explosive growth of information and data, cloud - edge - end multilevel computing power resources are facing huge application requirements.Generalization of computing power infrastructure has become a major trend. As a new direction of network technology, computing power network integrates computing and other resources with the network, provides optimal resource configuration policies for users based on their requirements, and improves the cooperative efficiency of multilevel computing resources. The current technical route of the computing power network were analyzed, a solution of computing power network based on domain name resolution was proposed. The solution introduces a domain name resolution mechanism to use URL language to identify multiple computing power resources uniformly, and a centralized computing power resource management platform performs unified allocation and scheduling of computing power resources. After the user receives the assigned computing power resource identifier, the network information of corresponding computing resource were parsed through the domain name resolution system, and the network connection was established with the resource pool through the computing power gateway for the user to access. This solution meets the demand for flexible expansion of the computing power resource identification and has good practicability and universality.…”

Optimal transmission strategy of diamond channel with limited battery capacity of source node by Taoshen LI, Li SUN, Zhe WANG

    Published 2021-06-01
“…In order to solve the problem that the energy harvesting uncertainty of node in wireless energy harvesting network makes it difficult for the system to design a reasonable transmission strategy, a diamond channel with limited battery capacity of the source node were constructed. The goal was to maximize the end-to-end throughput of the system.Under the conditions of meeting the constraints of energy and data causality between transmission nodes and no battery energy overflow, a model to maximize the end-to-end throughput of the system was built, and an optimal offline transmission power and rate allocation strategy was proposed.Firstly, based on theoretical analysis and formula derivation, the strategy transformed the optimal transmission problem into the optimal transmission problem on the side of the broadcast channel, and used the water-filling algorithm to solve the optimal total power from the source node to the relay node. Then, the throughput of the source node to each relay node was analyzed based on the cutoff power level in the broadcast channel throughput maximization problem. Finally, according to the data arrival of the relay node, the iterative water-filling method was used to solve the optimal transmission power from the relay node to the destination node, and the optimal rate was solved by extending the optimal rate of the multiple access channel.Simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and correctness of the proposed optimization policies.…”

Discussion on New Ideas of Technical Consultation Service in the Whole Process of Implementation Stage of Reservoir Resettlement by ZHANG Jiahao, XU Lin, DU Yong, YAN Tiemei, GUAN Shifeng

    Published 2023-01-01
“…Under the background of high-quality development of water conservancy in the new era, there are many problems in the implementation stage of reservoir resettlement in China, such as the disunity of procedure standards, the lack of work content refinement, many major changes in the implementation process, and insufficient experience of the implementation subject. The reservoir resettlement work adopts the management system of government leadership, hierarchical responsibility,a county as a unit, and the project’s legal person participation. The design unit, project owner, and other technical units have low participation in the resettlement implementation, and there is a lack of rules and regulations to restrain them. The local government has many difficulties in reservoir resettlement implementation, such as the shortage of engineering technicians, the lack of project management experience, and the uncertainty of resettlement policies. In addition, the complexity of resettlement in the implementation stage makes it difficult to achieve many control objectives such as the progress, investment, and quality of the reservoir resettlement implementation.Through a systematic analysis of the difficulties and problems in the stage, this paper takes the lead in proposing the working method of carrying out technical consultation service in the whole process of the implementation stage of reservoir resettlement, creatively analyzes the relevant work content, and puts forward suggestions for addressing the difficulties of the county government in the implementation stage of reservoir resettlement.…”
