The common otolaryngologic features of 23 patients with CSS in SMARCA4 gene variant included palate abnormalities, feeding difficulties, ear abnormalities and hearing loss.ConclusionCoffin-Siris syndrome is a rare genetic disease inherited in an autosomal-dominated manner. …”
