Quantitative Multiparameter Evaluation of Vacuoles in Intraocular Lenses Employing a High-Magnification Digital Microscopy Method
Published 2019-01-01“…In this study, we have developed and implemented an accurate test methodology based on a high-magnification digital microscopy approach for quantitative multiparameter evaluation and classification of IOL vacuoles depending on their critical optical characteristics including vacuole size, density, shape, and orientation within the IOL material. Using the multiparameter database developed by evaluating vacuole characteristics, we established a classification grading system that can be used to evaluate vacuole effects on light scattering.…”

Analysis of Income Attribution of Consumption Tax in China’s Central and Local Government
Published 2021-01-01“…In this paper, we proved by presenting recent year’s tax figures of business, consumption, and local and central fiscals and their growth rate that replacing the consumption tax with a local tax does not exactly correspond to the trend of China’s reform of the financial system, the functional orientation of the consumption tax, and the nature of the consumption tax itself and may trigger some problems, and it may still be a better choice for the consumption tax to serve as a central tax.…”

基于多尺度晶体塑性有限元的GCr15轴承钢拉-压不对称性研究
Published 2021-01-01“…In this paper, stress triaxiality is added to the classical crystal plasticity constitutive model to investigate the experimental phenomenon of tension-compression asymmetry for the GCr15 bearing steel.Firstly, the crystal plasticity constitutive model is extended by considering the effect of stress triaxiality on yield criterion and flow rule in each slip system.Secondly, representative volume element( RVE) was simulated to regenerate the quasi-static uniaxial tensile and compression engineering stress-strain curve of GCr15 bearing steel by using crystal plasticity finite element method. The results show that stress concentration occurs at the grain boundary due to the crystal orientation difference among polycrystalline grains, and under the influence of triaxial stress state, the RVE simulation results show that the stress concentration has a significant effect on tensioncompression asymmetry. Therefore,it is concluded that the effect of stress triaxiality on the texture of mesoscopic crystal is an important factor that causes the phenomenon of tension-compression asymmetry.…”

Os Relatórios do Desenvolvimento Humano (RDHs) e o padrão de intervenção pública na área social: os desafios postos à forma de organização do Estado no Brasil
Published 2012-01-01“…This study aims to demonstrate both the social policy suggestions contained in the HDRs, and the difficulties faced by such proposals in Brazil, where the main binding in the redefinition of forms of intervention in the social area, consists of a political logic that does not dismantle a model of income transfer which strengthens the concentration of resources and power. Changing the orientation of the State actions is the biggest political challenge posed to the segments (civil society organizations, political leaders, social movements, associations, intellectuals) that fight for a more inclusive and equitable pattern of social organization.…”
