BENDING VIBRATION CHARACTERISTICS ANALYSIS OF THE CONVEYOR BELT WITH THE STEEL ROPE CORE BASED ON THE ORTHOGONAL ANISOTROPY SHEET MODEL
Published 2019-01-01“…The previous-order natural frequencies of the lower branch conveyor belt and the upper branch conveyor belt, the vibration type and the variation law of natural frequency with the tension variation are obtained by employing the numerical analysis. The results show that the natural frequencies of the lower and the upper branch of the conveyor belt increase with the increasement of the belt tension, and the tension influences the frequency of the lower branch conveyor belt greatest and the frequency of the upper branch conveyor belt bottom smaller. …”

Performance analysis and optimization for coverage classes updating mechanism of narrow-band internet of things
Published 2018-11-01“…A Markov chain model with coverage classes as state variables was established to describe the dynamics of the coverage classes updating mechanism of narrow-band internet of things (NB-IoT).An optimization model to minimize average probability of access failure as well as average power consumption was formulated, with which the effects of preamble repetition number, system load and global maximum transmission number on the optimal configuration of maximum transmission number of each coverage class was analyzed.Numerical analysis results show that the maximum transmission number of normal coverage and extended coverage have a great influence on the system performance and their value ranges should be set within[1,5]and[1,7]respectively.However,the maximum transmission number of extreme coverage has little influence on the system performance, its value could be any one in[1,10]but the recommended value is 1.In addition, the average power consumption of the model that introduced coverage classes’ rollback mechanism is about 95% lower than the model proposed by 3GPP.…”

Study on Impact Behavior and Impact Force of Bridge Pier Subjected to Vehicle Collision
Published 2017-01-01“…The relationship between failure modes of the impacted piers and impact energy was analyzed. Based on the numerical analysis results, the current impact design provisions of AASHTO, Eurocode, and JTG D60 were found to be unconservative, which could result in that piers designed with the current standard codes were vulnerable to the large impact energy. …”

Prediction of Dynamic Compressive Strength of Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete Based on BP Neural Network and Response Surface Fitting
Published 2022-01-01“…MATLAB was employed to establish a BP neural network model for the prediction of the compressive strength of hydraulic asphalt concrete. The response surface fitting model was established by the Levenberg-Marquardt method and the general global optimization algorithm, the prediction results of which were then compared with those of the BP neural network. The results show that the correlation coefficient r between the value predicted by the BP neural network model (the response surface fitting model) and the test value is 1.099 5 (1.114 2).Compared with the response surface fitting model having specific expressions, the BP neural network model has higher prediction accuracy. The BP neural network prediction model can be used as an auxiliary means for related experimental research and numerical analysis.…”
