    “…结果显示:DH-CoEx能有效从完全角化的羽翈中同时提取出总DNA及糖皮质激素(皮质醇);从5 mg样本中提取的线粒体DNA(mtDNA)拷贝数达到10<sup>4</sup>量级,可支持长达1 350 bp的片段扩增;所提取的核DNA(nuDNA)质量足以进行长达200 bp的微卫星等位基因分型,成功率为98.11% ~ 99.60%;提取的皮质醇含量达到了传统单一提取激素方法的水平,足以进行相关生理学分析。以上结果说明,DH-CoEx是一种简易、高效和适用性广泛的方法,实现了角化材料总DNA和糖皮质激素的共提取,可以支持mtDNA和微卫星等分子标记的分析和应激激素的分析,极大地提高了羽毛的利用率,具有广泛的应用潜力。…”
