Non-specific TVLA method based on two-sample KS test
Published 2023-05-01“…Test vector leakage assessment (TVLA) is prone to “false negative” when the power consumption sample size is small.To address this issue, it was found that for non-specific TVLA, when the power consumption sample size changes, the test statistic t-values obtained at the leakage sampling points in the power trace vary accordingly, while the t-values at the non-leakage sampling points do not significantly vary.Therefore, when there is leakage, the distributions of the t-values obtained under different sample sizes will be different.Based on this, it was proposed to implement non-specific TVLA under different sample sizes and perform two-sample KS test on the obtained t-value sequences to evaluate whether there was leakage.Verifications were carried out based on unprotected-aligned simulation power consumption, protected-aligned power consumption dataset DPA Contest v4_2 and protected-non-aligned self-collected power consumption respectively.The results showed that the sample size required by the proposed method on the aligned simulation power consumption and DPA Contest v4_2 was reduced by at most 46.1% and 39.0% respectively.And after the alignment, the required sample size of the proposed method on the self-collected power consumption is also smaller than that of other schemes, with a maximum reduction of 29.4%.Therefore, the proposed method can effectively reduce the probability of “false negative” when the power consumption sample size is small.…”

Research on pedestrian trajectory prediction method based on social attention mechanism
Published 2020-06-01“…In order to improve the speed,accuracy and model interpretability of trajectory prediction in pedestrian interaction,a GAN model based on social attention mechanism was proposed.Firstly,a new type of social relationship on pedestrians was defined to model social relationships and a network model based on the attention mechanism was designed to improve the speed and interpretability of network prediction.Secondly,the influence of different pooling mechanisms on the prediction results was explored to determine the pooling model with excellent performance.Finally,a trajectory prediction network was built on this basis and trained on the UCY and ETH data sets.The experimental results show that the model not only has better prediction accuracy than the existing methods,but also improves the real-time performance by 18.3% compared with the existing methods.…”

New design method of space-frequency coding and fast detection algorithm
Published 2009-01-01“…To analyze the performance of space-frequency codes,the Chernoff bound was used in the existing literatures,but it was too loose to conclude the diversity order and coding gain simultaneously.Therefore,a new view of the transmission of space-frequency codes was addressed,which transformed the transmission in frequency selective channels into flat fading channels.Based on this transformation,the performance analysis of space-time coding in flat fading channels was used to present an asymptotic analysis for the performance of space-frequency coding.Then,the design criterion of the full diver-sity-achieving space-frequency code was concluded and the coding gain was also optimized.The analysis was more univer-sal and owned an intelligible comprehension.It integrated the existing analysis of the space-frequency codes.A fast detection algorithm for the code was also proposed.It exploited the trellis decoding method and had a reduced complexity compared with the ML detection.The simulation results confirm the validity of the design criterion.…”
