Generation and verification method of trusted signature seal incorporating handwriting features by Li LI, Shang GAO, Peiliang ZUO, Jiazheng XUAN, Han SONG

    Published 2024-02-01
“…With the rapid development of electronic communication and internet technology, the digitization of document circulation and processing has become increasingly prevalent. The trend towards greater convenience, flexibility, and diversity in electronic document signing is evident through practices such as online signature collection, remote signature confirmation, and electronic signature authentication. However, the signing and verification processes face challenges related to authenticity, integrity, and more.Instances of unlawful entities intercepting, copying, and forging signature images using low-cost methods to sign documents with false identities, as well as tampering with and forging signature files, are common. The application of electronic signature systems also encounters obstacles such as high costs, limited deployment, lack of universality, and complexities in real-time and consistent verification. To address these risks and challenges and ensure reliable verification in personal document signing processes, a credible method for generating and verifying signature seals that integrate handwriting features was proposed. This method primarily utilized the facial recognition and identity information matching functions of a trusted identity authentication platform. It integrated signature handwriting features and uniquely bound them to the signer's identity for reliable authentication.Accordingly, a signature seal with integrated handwriting features, a verification link for the signed document, and a digital signature QR code were generated.Analysis indicates that the signature seal produced by the proposed method not only serves the purpose of identity verification but also enables the discernment of the authenticity of the signed document. The verification link embedded in the QR code can directly validate the signer's identity, handwriting, and the authenticity and consistency of the signed document through online channels, providing a convenient means for the verification of both electronic and paper documents. The proposed method holds broad application prospects in the fields of electronic document circulation and the verification of the authenticity of electronic and paper documents.…”

Communication service priority in smart substation and its queue scheduling method by Jun’e LI, Qiuyu LU, Jian LIU, Kai YUAN, Wei TIAN, Bijun PENG

    Published 2021-07-01
“…The future development of power grid puts forward the requirement of unified network for all the communication services in smart substation. In order to meet the different quality of service (QoS) requirements of various communication services, as well as ensure the real-time and reliability of key services when the network congestion occurs, a priority scheme and its queue scheduling method for the smart substation was proposed. The priorities of the communication services in the smart substation were assigned considering the delay requirements, the importance to power grid operation control, and the traffic of the communication services. The queue scheduling algorithm of hierarchical deficit weighted round robin (HDWRR), combining the advantages of strict priority queue (SPQ) algorithm and deficit weight round robin (DWRR) algorithm, was designed for the proposed priority scheme. The simulation results show that the proposed method has isolation ability for malicious traffic, and can ensure the real-time and reliable transmission of key services in smart substation once the network is congested.…”

Connection Planning Method Between LEO Communication Constellation and Earth Station by Shuge ZHAO, Xiaoyu LI, Qi LIU, Aijing WU, Jing WEI

    Published 2022-03-01
“…A connection planning method between LEO communication constellation and earth station was proposed.Considering the large number of LEO communication constellation satellites, it is diffi cult to directly establish the connection planning method between LEO communication constellation and multiple earth stations. The connection planning method between single satellite and single earth station, the connection planning method between satellite constellation and single earth station, the connection planning method between satellite constellation and multiple earth stations were established. The former planning method is the basis of the latter planning method, which is the expansion of the former planning method, and fi nally forms a connection planning method between LEO communication constellation and multiple earth stations.A typical simulation example showed that in the process of connecting between the earth station and the satellite constellation, the elevation from the earth station to the satellite was not lower than the lower limit of the communication elevation. In the single connecting section between the earth station and the satellite, the variation trend of off -axis angle decreases fi rst and then increases. The connected satellites selected by the earth station showed the orbital plane switching and the sequential switching of satellites in an orbital plane, which indirectly verifi ed the correctness of the connection planning strategy.…”
