Result merging method based on combined kernels for distributed information retrieval
Published 2011-01-01“…To enhance the performance of result merging for distributed information retrieval(DIR),a novel merging method was put forward,which was based on relevance between retrieved results and query.Improved latent semantic kernel(LSK) was combined with analysis of variance(ANOVA) kernel to calculate the relevance.Experimental results showed that the result merging precision of the combination of LSK and ANOVA kernel(CLA) is 16.79%,30.73%,20.37%,24.17%,14.25%,13.50% and 7.53% higher than that of Round-robin,ComMNZ,Bayesian,Borda,SDM,MEM and regression SVM respectively.CLA kernel method has better performance for result merging and is a practical method for result merging in DIR.…”

Node selection method in federated learning based on deep reinforcement learning
Published 2021-06-01“…To cope with the impact of different device computing capabilities and non-independent uniformly distributed data on federated learning performance, and to efficiently schedule terminal devices to complete model aggregation, a method of node selection based on deep reinforcement learning was proposed.It considered training quality and efficiency of heterogeneous terminal devices, and filtrate malicious nodes to guarantee higher model accuracy and shorter training delay of federated learning.Firstly, according to characteristics of model distributed training in federated learning, a node selection system model based on deep reinforcement learning was constructed.Secondly, considering such factors as device training delay, model transmission delay and accuracy, an optimization model of accuracy for node selection was proposed.Finally, the problem model was constructed as a Markov decision process and a node selection algorithm based on distributed proximal strategy optimization was designed to obtain a reasonable set of devices before each training iteration to complete model aggregation.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method significantly improves the accuracy and training speed of federated learning, and its convergence and robustness are also well.…”

Evidence classification method of chat text based on DSR and BGRU model
Published 2022-04-01“…It is always unlikely to efficiently identify and extract chat text evidence related to criminal events, due to the complex semantics such as “slang” in the chat content and the huge amount of chat text data generated by social software such as instant messaging.Based on this motivation, a chat text evidence classification model (DSR-BGRU) based on the DSR (dynamic semantic representation) model and the BGRU (bidirectional gated recurrent unit) model was proposed.The chat text data was pre-processed to preserve the characteristics of the criminal field.Then a multi-layer chat text feature extraction and classification model using the Keras framework was proposed.With the text matrix composed of vector representation of words in the DSR model as the input vector, the input layer of the DSR model featured the chat text from the semantic level.Then the hidden layer of the BGRU model extracted the context characteristics of the text composed of the word vectors.The softmax classification layer recognized and extracted the chat text evidence.The experimental results show that the proposed DSR-BGRU can more accurately identify and extract chat records compared with other models and methods for text classification, and it can also effectively extract the criminal text information from the chat information with the accuracy rate 92.06% and the F1 score 91.00%.…”

Study on DEM Correction Method of Digital Twin Basic Data Baseboard
Published 2023-01-01“…DEM is one of the most important digital twin basic data and has played a huge role in water conservancy planning,design,and engineering construction.However,the existence of various DEM errors greatly reduces the credibility of analysis and application results.In particular,the missing value after terrain conversion to DEM greatly limits subsequent DEM-based analysis.Based on the principle of raster calculation,this paper calls the corresponding tool of ArcGIS by Python to correct the missing value at the overlapped area of a certain terrain converted to DEM by using the mean of eight valued pixels around the pixel.The results show that the calculation method is highly applicable,reliable,and fast.The data of the corrected and compared values of 306 NoData pixels in the study area are close to the 1∶1 line;the maximum difference between the corrected and compared values is only 3.55 m,and the medium error value is 0.75,which is far below the standard error limit.Calling Numpy through Python greatly improves the calculation speed (10 s),and ArcGIS currently has no tool for directly correcting this method.In contrast,the DEM correction method proposed in this paper can be processed in batch,without processing failures due to memory limit,which greatly improves the work efficiency and has a strong application value for processing digital twin basic data.…”
