“…بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با توجه به تأثیر براسینواستروئیدها بر القای تحمل به شوری در غلظت‌های مختلف بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی میوه توت‌فرنگی تحت تنش شوری طراحی و اجرا شد.مواد و روش‌ها: در این تحقیق تأثیر کاربرد 24- اپی‌براسینولید به عنوان یک براسینواستروئید فعال با غلظت‌های ( صفر، 2 و 4 میکرومول در لیتر)، بر عملکرد، تعداد میوه، تعداد گل و برگ، سطح برگ، وزن تر ریشه، وزن خشک ریشه، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، اندازه میوه، نکروز شدن برگ، مواد جامد محلول، سفتی بافت میوه، پرولین، کلروفیل، نشت الکترولیت‌ها، فعالیت آنزیم‌های سوپر اکسید دیسموتاز و کاتالاز تحت تنش شوری با غلظت‌های مختلف (S1=0, S2=15, S3=30, S4=45 mM) به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار و در هر تکرار 4 گلدان توت‌فرنگی رقم کاماروزا در شرایط مزرعه‌ای دانشگاه مراغه انجام گرفت.یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد شوری 45 میلی‌مولار سبب افزایش برگ‌های نکروزه (8/15 درصد)، نشت یونی (52 درصد) و پرولین (137 میکروگرم بر گرم) در گیاهان تحت تنش شد به عبارتی گویای این مطلب است که گیاهان برای مقاومت در برابر تنش، میزان پرولین خود را که بخشی از سیستم آنتی‌اکسیدانی است افزایش می‌دهند. …”
