The Comparison of Diagnostic Ability between Blue Laser/Light Imaging and Narrowband Imaging for Sessile Serrated Lesions with or without Dysplasia
Published 2024-01-01“…Diagnostic ability of sessile serrated lesions (SSL) and SSL with dysplasia (SSLD) using blue laser/light imaging (BLI) has not been well examined. We analyzed the diagnostic accuracy of BLI for SSL and SSLD using several endoscopic findings compared to those of narrow band imaging (NBI). …”

The coordination complex formed by oxalic acid and chromate and the mechanism for enhanced photoreduction of Cr(Ⅵ) under visible-light irradiation
Published 2024-02-01“…The in situ generated HC2CrO7 complex was a visible-light-active species, and visible light could induce electron transfer from the oxalate unit to the Cr(Ⅵ) within the HC2CrO7 complex via a HOMO-LUMO electronic transition, resulting in Cr(Ⅵ) reduction. …”

Testing the light scalar meson as a non- q q ¯ $$ q\overline{q} $$ state in semileptonic D decays
Published 2024-12-01“…Abstract While the light scalar mesons (S 0) are considered to be either ordinary q q ¯ $$ q\overline{q} $$ or exotic tetraquark states, we investigate the semileptonic decays D → S 0 e + ν e , by taking into account the resonant effects of S 0 → M 1 M 2, where S 0 = a 0(980), f 0(980), and f 0(500)/σ 0, and M 1(2) represents a pseudoscalar meson. …”

Patterns of Cell Activity in the Subthalamic Region Associated with the Neuroprotective Action of Near-Infrared Light Treatment in MPTP-Treated Mice
Published 2012-01-01“…We have shown previously that near-infrared light (NIr) treatment or photobiomodulation neuroprotects dopaminergic cells in substantia nigra pars compacta (SNc) from degeneration induced by 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) in mice. …”

Packed bed optofluidic microreactors with Au decorated TiO2 nanoflowers for visible light photocatalytic water purification
Published 2025-02-01“…Here, we present a novel planar packed-bed optofluidic microreactor (PPOM) using titanium dioxide nanoflowers (TNFs) decorated with gold nanoparticles (Au/TNFs) and conduct a pilot study on efficient visible light-driven water purification. Compared to TNFs in slurry-mode, the Au/TNFs achieve 46-fold enhancement in photodegradation efficiency due to the plasmonic effect, further boosted to 2,700-fold enhancement in the PPOM configuration by improving surface area, light harvesting, and mass transfer. …”
