“…【目的】 针对农村地区白内障患者,测量眼轴长度(OAL )65380;角膜厚度(CT)65380;前房深度(ACD)65380;晶状体厚度(LT)65380;角膜曲率(CC)等生物学参数,并分析其相关性65377;【方法】 对2009年山西省眼科医院防盲手术医疗队实施复明手术的1 049例(1 210只眼)农村地区白内障患者,采用A型超声与角膜曲率仪进行术前眼球生物学参数检测,并进行组间比较和相关性分析65377;【结果】 在年龄相关性白内障人群中,年龄与眼轴(OAL)呈弱负相关(r = -0.23),年龄越小OAL越长,变异越大,80岁以上年龄组的眼轴长度和变异最小,男性OAL大于女性(P < 0.05);角膜中央厚度(CT1)双眼相等,与正常人比较无统计学意义(P > 0.05),与年龄无相关性(P > 0.05),男女间有统计学差异(P < 0.05),角膜周边厚度下方(CT4)最厚,鼻侧(CT5)最薄;前房深度(ACD)和CT1与OAL呈正相关,与晶状体厚度(LT)呈负相关;LT较正常人厚,男性大于女性(P < 0.05);角膜曲率水平径(HK)与垂直径(VK)呈正相关,与LT无关,女性HK65380;VK均大于男性(P < 0.05)65377;【结论】 年龄相关性白内障患者眼球生物测量值在一定程度上可反映不同人群的眼解剖参数的正常值,该测量可为白内障手术及角膜屈光手术提供有价值的解剖学基础65377;…”
