Research on River Health Assessment of Hanjiang River Basin by ZHANG Yajuan, ZHAO Xiaochen, CHEN Jipei

    Published 2023-01-01
“…Health assessment of rivers and lakes is an important means of their health management. To meet the requirements of ecological civilization construction and river chief system in the new circumstances, this paper performs the classified assessment and comprehensive evaluation of the Hanjiang River Basin from five aspects:hydrological integrity, morphological and structural integrity, chemical integrity, biological integrity, and the sustainability of social service function according to the relevant methods in the Technical Guidelines for River and Lake Health Assessment (SL/T 793—2020).The assessment results show that the Hanjiang River Basin is in a state of health overall, and the score of the main stream of the Hanjiang River is slightly higher than that of its tributaries. The hydrological integrity and biological integrity of the sub-criterion layer are weak, which leads to the ecological conditions in a state ranging from sub-health to health. The social service function of the sub-criterion layer is sustainable, and the functional status is in the state of health. The health assessment of rivers and lakes in the Hanjiang River Basin is of great significance to promote its water resources protection and water environment management and ensure the sustainable utilization of its water resources.…”

Quantitative Research on Water Security in Zhengzhou City Based on SD-BC Theory by SONG Sunjuan, MAO Haolin, HAN Yuping, DOU Ming, ZHANG Huaqiao

    Published 2020-01-01
“…First, based on the analysis of theinfluencing factors of urban water security, it describes the water security system by organicallylinking the subsystems of society, economy and ecological environment through human activitiessuch as supply, use, consumption and drainage, so as to construct the framework of urban watersecurity system.Secondly, it establishes a SD-BC simulation model of water security system coupledwith water resources system, socio-economic system and ecological environment system by combiningsystem dynamic (SD) method with backcasting (BC).Finally, according to the water resourcesconditions and urban social and economic development of Zhengzhou city, it takes 2014 as the baseyear to simulate and predict the water security system from 2015 to 2025, evaluate the watersecurity degree of Zhengzhou city, and put forward suggestions on water security measures, whichprovide theoretical basis for optimizing the allocation of water resources and ensuring urbanwater security.…”

La communication internationale à l’épreuve de la crise écologique. Contours d’un modèle de la double présence by Oumar Kane

    Published 2018-12-01
“…Focusing on the historical mobilization of the question of “resources”, the author shows that, while it is central today for the paradigm of “sustainable development”, its genealogy is older since it has previously structured the stakes around information flows (information paradigm: C4D) and orbits and frequencies (telecommunication paradigm: ICT4D) before applying to the environmental question (ecological paradigm). The author relies on this critical genealogy of the epistemic and institutional constitution of the field of research to suggest a normative model based on an ethic of responsibility (inspired by Hans Jonas) and on two metaconditions: a horizontal principle of participation (communicative) and a principle of resilience (ecological).…”

Study on Multi-objective Energy Storage Operation Chart of Mixed Reservoirs in Xijiang River Basin by JIANG Zhiqiang, FENG Zhongkai, QIN Hui, CHEN Lu, HUANG Mutao, ZHOU Jianzhong

    Published 2020-01-01
“…In view of this, by improving the originaldiscriminant coefficient formula, water balance equation and energy storage calculation formula, this paper improves and expands the traditional ESOC model of pure cascade reservoirs, putsforward a new calculation method for the ESOC of large-scale mixed reservoirs, and establishes amulti-objective ESOC optimization model for mixed reservoirs based on a comprehensiveconsideration of flood control, power generation and ecological objectives. Taking Xijiang RiverBasin as an example, the multi-objective Pareto front of upstream reservoirs under differentminimum discharges is obtained, and the optimal multi-objective schemes under different powergeneration guarantee rates and different ecological flow satisfaction rates are extractedaccording to the actual requirements and constraints. …”
