Offshore aquaculture platform control system in intelligent fishery era
Published 2021-12-01“…The control system of offshore aquaculture platform was analyzed and the collaborative control technology with edge intelligence was introduced under the open architecture of cloud computing.A distributed intelligent control mode was established.A general framework architecture of cloud-edge collaborative control system for offshore aquaculture platform and an open architecture of intelligent aquaculture cloud platform were proposed exploratively, which could be deployed flexibly with different patterns of cloud-network-edge-terminal-intelligence.A development idea of control system and an implementation scheme of could central control and edge intelligence for offshore aquaculture platform were put forward. An attempt was made to build the theoretical framework and ideology system of cloud-edge collaborative control, and it was to construct the manner with the whole process of intelligent aquaculture and land-sea linkage operation and management mode for offshore fish-farm, with a view to finally realizing the intelligent fishery industrial ecology and green sustainable development goals.…”

De la « Fortress Conservation » aux nouveaux modèles de gestion participative de la biodiversité en Tanzanie
Published 2020-05-01“…Conservation models with a "participatory and inclusive" label are more related to the criminalization of practices and uses prior to the devices and promote the multiplication of guards and police, rather than proposing a particular awareness within a broader vision of political ecology. While the stated objective of so-called participatory models is to go beyond "fortress conservation", they accentuate land conflicts in the interstices of conservation areas. …”

Evaluation of Urban Water System Development from the Perspective of Space
Published 2022-01-01“…To adapt to the reform of spatial planning in the new era, this study evaluates the urban water system from the new perspective of space and lays the foundation for the future use of spatial means to realize the optimization and sustainable development of urban water system functions.Taking Shenzhen as an example, this paper divides its urban water system space into four types, namely, resource ecology space, engineering facility space,water-city integrated space, and safety risk space, and evaluates them from the dimensions of the total space, composition and layout, system carrying capacity, and space quality. The results indicate that the space occupancy rate of the water system is generally low,and the local water resources and the carrying capacity of the water environment are limited, which are vulnerable to multiple disasters of floods and surges. The potential risk areas are mainly distributed in densely populated areas and industry-intensive areas. The spatial service quality of the water system has great potential for improvement considering the low biodiversity of rivers and lakes, the insufficient attraction of waterfront space, and a low proportion of the complex utilization of facility space.…”
