Zeroing neural network for time-varying convex quadratic programming with linear noise
Published 2023-04-01“…Aiming at the problem that linear time-varying noise may have a negative impact on the existing zeroing neural network model to solve TVQP problem, resulting in slow convergence and low accuracy of the model, a double integral enhancement zeroing neural network was proposed.To solve the problem of linear time-varying interference of the noise, the double integral was introduced based on the original ZNN design formula, and a activation function was designed to eliminate the effects of linear time-varying noise.Theoretical analysis proved that the DIEZNN model had convergence and good noise suppression ability.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional gradient neural network and other variable ZNN models, the proposed DIEZNN model has faster convergence and higher accuracy, and can effectively solve the linear time-varying noise.…”

Routing scheme for key-relaying-based quantum key distribution network in wide-area

Published 2015-01-01“…It is always a problem to improve the quality of copper foil shearing in PCB production.In order to research and develop copper foil shearing machine which has international competitiveness,taking the shearing mechanism of copper foil shearing machine designed by Rosenthal company in US as study object,the mechanism principle of shearing mechanism is descriped and the degree of freedom of mechanism is calculated.The motion analysis of shearing mechanism is carried out based on the methods of spatial mechanism kinematics and numerical calculation.Then,the analytic parameter formula of shearing mechanism cut point is deduced.The motion feature of shearing mechanism based on high speed and high cutting quality is proposed through the numerical experimentation and simulation experiment of shearing machine with 1500 copper foil breadth.The movement curve and controllable parameter which affects the performance of mechanism are obtained.The research contents can be taken as reference for the optimization of cutting blade mechanism design parameters.…”

Research on security architecture of strong PUF by adversarial learning
Published 2021-06-01“…To overcome the vulnerability of strong physical unclonable function, the adversarial learning model of strong PUF was presented based on the adversarial learning theory, then the training process of gradient descent algorithm was analyzed under the framework of the model, the potential relationship between the delay vector weight and the prediction accuracy was clarified, and an adversarial sample generation strategy was designed based on the delay vector weight.Compared with traditional strategies, the prediction accuracy of logistic regression under new strategy was reduced by 5.4% ~ 9.5%, down to 51.4%.The physical structure with low overhead was designed corresponding to the new strategy, which then strengthened by symmetrical design and complex strategy to form a new PUF architecture called ALPUF.ALPUF not only decrease the prediction accuracy of machine learning to the level of random prediction, but also resist hybrid attack and brute force attack.Compared with other PUF security structures, ALPUF has advantages in overhead and security.…”
