Unloading Groove Optimization and the Inner Flow-field Simulation Analysis of the Variable Displacement External Gear Pump
Published 2015-01-01“…A CFD model of a variable displacement external gear pump is established.The quantitative analysis method is applied to analyze characteristics of the pump inner flow field.The accuracy of the established model is verified by comparing the flux simulated and corresponding tested data.The tooth width formula of gear meshing is obtained.Through oil pressure analysis in the trapped oil area,an optimization scheme with a wedge-shape unloading groove added at the upper piston of the driven gear is proposed,which effectively reduces the pressure fluctuation of trapped oil area.The study results show that,under the condition of the same pump flux,the optimized unloading groove can reduce the pressure fluctuations in the suction and discharge chambers by 12.3% and 8%,respectively.The work is helpful for design and development of the variable displacement external gear pump.…”

Semantic communication system with efficient integration of global and local context features
Published 2023-07-01“…A communication system based on extended contextual semantic features was proposed by using an end-to-end integrated design method based on deep learning.Unlike existing research that focused only on local context while neglecting global context, the proposed system integrated both local and global contextual knowledge, semantic encoding and decoding was utilized by extended contextual knowledge, thereby enhancing the reliability of the semantic communication system.At the transmitter, efficient semantic representation was achieved through extended contextual semantic encoding.At the receiver, the accuracy of semantic inference was improved by combining mechanisms such as historical communication text mining, contextual semantic feature learning, and heuristic graph-based decoding strategy.When comparing with the traditional communication system and the existing semantic communication systems, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed system significantly improves the reliability of the communication system under low signal-to-noise ratio.…”

Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Fiber Recycled Concrete
Published 2022-01-01“…In this paper,the influence of fiber types on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete materials is analyzed by controlling the fiber types in recycled concrete materials.Then,the influence of the diameter,length,and mass ratio of polypropylene fibers on the properties of recycled concrete materials is investigated by the design method of orthogonal tests.The results reveal that both plant fibers and straight polypropylene fibers could inhibit the damage to recycled concrete,while curved polypropylene fibers could not.The peak strength and deformation modulus of recycled concrete can be enhanced by plant fibers and straight polypropylene fibers,but with the increase in curing time,the strengthening effect of plant fibers decreases.At the same time,the mass ratio of polypropylene fibers has a significant impact on compressive strength and tensile strength,and the length of polypropylene fibers greatly affects tensile strength,which indicates that the mass ratio and length of fibers are important factors affecting the strength of recycled concrete materials.…”
