Research on Water Quality Improvement Method Based on Slowly-Stored and Quickly-Released System in Xi'an Moat by SUN Chao, HAN Weigang, NONG Xiaoying, WANG Hui, WANG Wenyu, GAO Zehai

    Published 2023-01-01
“…The slowly-stored and quickly-released system was studied to explore the method of optimizing the hydrodynamic force of rivers in arid regions and reveal its effect on water quality. The south-west tributary of Xi'an moat was defined as the study area.A hydrodynamic force-water quality coupling model of the moat was built based on the collected data of current water quality and hydrodynamic force by using MIKE21.In the coupling model, the impounding gate was designed based on the dam body of the moat to simulate the scouring and silting capacity of the lower reaches caused by rapid discharge from the upper reaches of the channel. The influence law of rapid discharge at different water levels and water quality conditions on hydrodynamics and water quality of the moat was studied. The numerical simulation results from MIKE21 show that water level has a significant influence on the hydrodynamic force, and water quality has a significant influence on the pollutant concentration. The simulation results of the hydrodynamic force-water quality coupling model of the moat show that the working condition with a 1-meter water level and class Ⅲ inlet water quality can greatly improve the water quality and hydrodynamic force of Xi'an moat.By using the water reaching the standard of the class Ⅲ inlet water quality as the supply source, the water quality of Xi'an moat can be effectively improved by enhancing the hydrodynamic force of the moat.…”

Novel direct sequence spread spectrum communication method by Fanglin GU, Jinlin PENG, Yuzhen HUANG, Shengqun CAO, Haitao ZHAO, Jibo WEI

    Published 2023-12-01
“…In response to the problem of limited performance and low spectral efficiency in complex multipath environments of traditional direct sequence spread spectrum communication, a cyclic prefix (CP) block transmission structure spread spectrum system with a time-frequency hybrid direct sequence spread spectrum receiver structure was proposed. The system adopted maximum ratio combination (MRC) in the frequency domain to achieve equalization and de-spreading processes simultaneously, while achieving optimal reception performance and omitting the IFFT process to reduce computational complexity significantly. On this basis, it was proposed to replace the m-sequence with the constant amplitude zero auto correlation (CAZAC) sequence as the spread spectrum sequence, which significantly improved the system performance without increasing computational complexity. Finally, a high-speed spread spectrum communication method based on cyclic code shift keying (CCSK) was proposed to solve the problems of low spectrum utilization efficiency and limited transmission rate in traditional direct sequence spread spectrum.By utilizing the property of Fourier transform time-domain cyclic shift, a low implementation complexity CCSK decoding method was designed, which reduced the multiplication number required for CCSK de-spreading by O(N2) reduced to O (Nlog N), greatly reducing resource consume. The simulation results show that compared to existing direct sequence spread spectrum methods, the proposed method achieves approximately 3 dB gain in both Gaussian and complex multipath channel environments.…”

Research on incentive mechanism for IoT based on mobile hotspot sharing by Huaizhe LIU, Lin GAO

    Published 2019-03-01
“…Many devices in the Internet of things, especially energy-constrained sensor devices, often lack efficient network connectivity. If the networking method based on mobile hotspot sharing is adopted,large-area network coverage can be realized efficiently. The basic idea of the networking mode is to activate some mobile node in the cellular network (such as the holders of smart phones and other smart devices) to open mobile hotspot, provide Wi-Fi connections for resource-constrained node, and satisfy the communication needs of these node,so as to achieve efficient access to the mobile Internet. In this networking mode, how to encourage mobile users to contribute hotspot is the key.The incentive mechanism in mobile hotspot sharing network and the impact on network performance was studied mainly, and a novel incentive mechanism was designed to enable some users to obtain certain benefits by contributing Wi-Fi hotspot.Firstly, the optimal sharing decision of different types of users under the incentive mechanism and the influence of decision-making among different users were studied. Then, the evolution of user behavior, the overall state of the network with time and the equilibrium state of the system were analyzed. The simulation results show that under the equilibrium state of the system, the number of mobile hotspot contributors increases with the increase of free traffic ratio, which also leads to an increase in the number of hotspot. If the price of unit traffic is too high, the number of users will be reduced, which is not conducive to the operation of the network. In addition, compared with the non-hotspot sharing network,if the mobile hotspot sharing networking mode is adopted, the network performance can be increased by up to 148%.…”
