“…Abtract: The development of raw milk is an important direction for the development of China’s dairy industry, and a traceability system for the raw milk industry was proposed for the development of the entire industry crucially.The characteristics of the raw milk industry were analyzed and four major problems were proposed as the timeliness, the problems found after the fact, the difficulty in tracing the victims, the quality control system, such as difficulties in gaining trust, which were the main characteristics that distinguish the raw milk industry from other agricultural industries, and leaded to traceability in traditional agriculture.The mechanism or even the popular blockchain-based traceability mechanism for agricultural products could not meet the traceability requirements of the raw milk industry.Based on this finding, RMChain, a traceability system for raw milk supply chain system scheme, was designed to meet the requirements of the existing blockchain-based traceability mechanisms in the raw milk industry.In addition to the various advantages of the chain traceability mechanism, it was also optimized specifically for the characteristics of raw milk, which made it easy for users to trace the product and facilitate the traceability of the milk.The tracking and location of problem milk and consumer compensation effectively improved the traceability status of the fresh milk industry.For the problem of large files seriously affecting the performance of the blockchain, a multi-party storage model based on the importance of data was also designed.The feasibility of RMChain was verified.…”

“…In order to solve the problems of the low transaction success rate and network imbalance of the payment channel network, an efficient routing strategy of blockchain-based payment channel network was proposed.This strategy established a dedicated payment channel for the high-priority services according to the service type and service priority, and divided the conventional business into multiple transaction unit.Furthermore, a channel balanced routing algorithm was designed to route each transaction unit, which could reduce the number of transactions on the blockchain and maintain long-term stable operation of the off-chain payment channel, as well as improve the transaction success rate.In addition, in order to avoid the temporary shortage of funds and unavailability of channels due to a certain link occupied by multiple transactions simultaneously, a transaction queuing mechanism in the payment channel network was designed.This mechanism established the forwarding rules for transactions by calculating the escrow amount between the node that transactions arrived and the next hop node, where the channel balanced routing algorithm was used to calculate the new forwarding path for the nodes that could not carry out capital injection within the queuing threshold.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy could improve the transaction success rate and realize the equilibrium of the payment channel network.…”

“…To solve the problems of data disclosure, uncontrolled data access, and inefficiency of cross-domain data sharing in the Internet of vehicles (IoV), an efficient and secure cross-domain data sharing scheme of IoV under blockchain architecture was proposed.A blockchain was maintained by trusted authorities of different trust domains.A modified ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption scheme was adopted to encrypt data, and encrypted data was stored in interplanetary file system (IPFS) with relevant information recorded on the blockchain, constructing a fine-grained and secure cross-domain data sharing scheme based on blockchain.A verification algorithm for cross-domain access based on the garbled Bloom filter was designed, and a smart contract executed fast decryption tests based on access policies on the blockchain, improving the access efficiency of a mass of ciphertext.A cross-domain data access method based on outsourcing decryption was designed, and the trusted authorities transformed ciphertexts while performing outsourcing decryption with complex bilinear pairing calculations, reducing the time overhead of vehicle decryption.Experiment results show that the proposed scheme is superior to other schemes in the process of cross-domain ciphertext transformation and vehicle decryption, and the cross-domain data access efficiency is increased by 60% on average.…”

“…Problems such as a difficulty in feature selection and poor generalization ability were prone to occur when traditional method was exploited to detect abnormal network traffic.Therefore, an abnormal traffic detection method based on the long short term memory network (LSTM) and improved residual neural network optimization was proposed.Firstly, the features and attributes of network traffic were analyzed, and the variability of the feature values was reduced by preprocessing of network traffic.Then, a three-layer stacked LSTM network was designed to extract network traffic features of different depths.Moreover, the problem of weak adaptability of feature extraction was solved.Finally, an improved residual neural network with skipping connecting line was designed to optimize the LSTM.The defects of deep neural network such as overfitting and gradient vanishing were optimized.The accuracy of abnormal traffic detection was improved.Experimental results show that the proposed method has higher training accuracy and better visibility of data processing.The classification accuracy rates under two classifications and multiple classifications are 92.3% and 89.3%.It has the lowest false positive rate when the parameters such as precision rate and recall rate are optimal.Moreover, it has strong robustness when the sample is destroyed.Furthermore, better generalization ability can be achieved.…”

“…In order to quickly restore emergency communication services for large-scale post-disaster users, a distributed intellicise coverage optimization architecture based on multi-agent reinforcement learning (RL) was proposed, which could address the significant differences and dynamics of communication services caused by a large number of access users, and the difficulty of expansion caused by centralized algorithms.Specifically, a distributed k-sums clustering algorithm considering service differences of users was designed in the network characterization layer, which could make each unmanned aerial vehicle base station (UAV-BS) adjust the local networking natively and simply, and obtain states of cluster center for multi-agent RL.In the trajectory control layer, multi-agent soft actor critic (MASAC) with distributed-training-distributed-execution structure was designed for UAV-BS to control trajectory as intelligent nodes.Furthermore, ensemble learning and curriculum learning were integrated to improve the stability and convergence speed of training process.The simulation results show that the proposed distributed k-sums algorithm is superior to the k-means in terms of average load efficiency and clustering balance, and MASAC based trajectory control algorithm can effectively reduce communication interruptions and improve the spectrum efficiency, which outperforms the existing RL algorithms.…”
