Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1 with Concomitant Existence of Malignant Insulinoma: A Rare Finding
Published 2021-01-01“…We present a case of MEN1 syndrome with 2.6 cm insulinoma in the pancreatic head and parathyroid adenoma in a 56-year-old female who presented with symptoms suggestive of hypoglycemia like multiple episodes of loss of consciousness for four years. Classical pancreaticoduodenectomy was carried out, and the postoperative period was uneventful. …”

High-throughput and low-overhead probabilistic routing based on multi-player bargaining game for opportunistic networks
Published 2015-06-01“…To address the problems existing in the present probabilistic routing based on bargaining games, including unidirectional transmission of messages degrades the success ratio, depending on the virtual money decreases the purchasing power of nodes, and redundancy exists in the interaction process of messages,an routing algorithm based on multi-player bargaining game for opportunistic networks,HLPR-MG,was proposed.Through extending the two-player game to a multi-player bargaining game, introducing the barter trade to enhance purchasing power of nodes, and improving the existing interaction mechanism to reduce the times of game, proposed algorithm achieves the effect of increasing network throughput and decreasing control overhead.Theoretical analysis verifies the effectiveness of HLPR-MG,and simulation results show that HLPR-MG improves the network throughput and success ratio at least 3.63%,and reduces the control overhead and average end-to-end delay by more than 17.76% and 4.03%,respectively,as compared to the classical GSCP and BG algorithms.…”

Research and Manufacturing of Wrist Joint Rehabilitation Robots Based on the 3-UU Parallel Mechanism
Published 2024-04-01“…Based on the constraint relation and geometric characteristics of the 3-UU mechanism, the inverse kinematics of 3-UU mechanism is analyzed by spherical coordinate method and roll-pitch-yaw (RPY) method, and the relation between the platform and the driver is obtained. Compared with the classic 3-RRR wrist joint rehabilitation mechanism, the developed prototype has no advantages such as multi-solution and singular value. …”

Efficient revocable attribute-based encryption scheme
Published 2019-06-01“…In the existing solutions, the time-based scheme is difficult to achieve immediate revocation, and the third-party-based scheme often requires re-encryption,which needs large amount of calculation and doesn’t apply to mas-sive data.To solve the problem,an efficient and immediate CP-ABE scheme was proposed to support user and attribute lev-els revocation. The scheme was based on the classic LSSS access structure, introducing RSA key management mechanism and attribute authentication.By means of a semi-trusted third party, the user could be authenticated before decryption.Com-pared with the existing revocation schemes,The proposed scheme didn’t need the user to update the key or re-encrypt the ciphertext. The semi-trusted third party wasn’t required to update the RSA attribute authentication key.The scheme greatly reduced the amount of computation and traffic caused by revocation, while ensuring anti-collusion attacks and forward and backward security. Finally, the security analysis and experimental simulation show that the scheme has higher revocation ef-ficiency.…”

On-board Multi-User Detection Algorithm Based on Conditional Neural Process
Published 2021-12-01“…With the characteristics of all-terrain, all-weather and seamless coverage, satellite communications have become a potentially important part of 6G.An important prerequisite for achieving satellite intelligence is that the satellite have on-board processing capabilities.Multi-user detection (MUD) is a classic method of suppressing multiple access interference (MAI) in wireless communication, such as MMSE, Gaussian processregression (GPR) and other algorithms.Due to the inverse matrix required in the detection process, the algorithm complexity is usually cubic, and it is diff cult to directly apply to satellite platforms because of its limited processing capabilities. The conditional neural process combined the characteristics of the low complexity of the neural network and the data-eff cient of the Gaussian process. The neural network was used to parameterized the Gaussian process to avoided the inversion of the matrix, thereby reduced the computational complexity. The application of conditional neural process in MUD was studied. The simulation results showed that, while reduced complexity, conditional neural process also greatly improved the performance of bit error rate (BER).…”
