    “…流式细胞学技术检测细胞凋亡率、一氧化氮(NO)含量;Western blotting检测内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)、醌氧化还原酶1(NQO1)的表达情况,同时检测细胞丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及谷胱甘肽(GSH)的水平。【结果】尿毒症患者血清培养的人主动脉内皮细胞有显著的功能障碍,细胞凋亡率、MDA水平增高(P < 0.05);NO含量、P-eNOS Ser1177 /eNOS(丝氨酸1177磷酸化内皮型一氧化氮合酶,P-eNOS Ser1177 )、SOD、 CAT及GSH的水平均降低(P < 0.05);tBHQ预处理可降低尿毒症血清条件下人主动脉内皮细胞的凋亡率和MDA含量(P < 0.05),增加NO的产生、eNOS-mRNA表达、P-eNOS Ser1177 /eNOS、SOD、CAT和GSH的水平(P < 0.05)。…”
