    “…The expression of protein in the combined acupuncture group was higher than that of the other two groups, and the difference was statistically significant respectively (<italic>P</italic>&lt; 0.01); the trend of each variable at different time points was significantly different respectively (<italic>F</italic><sub>Time</sub>=100.462, 53.714, 106.552, 75.381, <italic>P</italic>&lt; 0.001), the expression of VEGF and Akt protein in the model group increased on the 7th day, and the difference was statistically significant compared with 3 d and 14 d respectively (<italic>P</italic>&lt; 0.05); the expression of BDNF and PI3K increased on the 7th day in the model group, compared with that on the 3rd day, the difference was statistically significant (<italic>P</italic>&lt; 0.01); the expression of VEGF, BDNF, PI3K, Akt protein increased significantly on the 14th day of the combined acupuncture group, and the difference was statistically significant compared with 3 d and 7 d respectively (<italic>P</italic>&lt; 0.05); The expression group×time all had a significant interaction (<italic>P</italic>&lt; 0.001).
