肠黏膜肥大细胞脱颗粒对大鼠肠缺血/再灌注后 长期生存的影响
Published 2009-01-01“…【目的】 观察大鼠肠缺血/再灌注后肠黏膜肥大细胞脱颗粒对SD大鼠生存的影响65377; 【方法】 采用肠系膜上动脉夹毕75 min建立小肠缺血/再灌注模型,将96只SD大鼠随机分为4组(n = 24):S组(假手术组)65380;M组(模型组)65380;C组(缺血再灌注 + 色甘酸钠25 mg8226;kg-1组),CP组(缺血再灌注 + compound 48/80 0.75 mg8226;kg-1组)65377;C及CP组分别在再灌注前5 min和再灌注后3 d静脉注射药物,S65380;M组给予等量生理盐水65377;观察各组大鼠7 d的生存率65380;存活状态,光镜观察存活动物肠黏膜病理学变化,进行Chiu′s评分,电镜观察肠黏膜微绒毛和IMMC的超微结构及类胰蛋白酶表达比较进行IMMC计数65377; 【结果】 M组65380;CP组第7天生存率明显低于S组(P < 0.01); C组第7天存活率高于M组(P < 0.05),与S组比较无明显差异(P > 0.05)65377;CP组第7天生存率低于M组(P < 0.05)65377;存活动物光镜下M65380;CP组肠黏膜绒毛损伤轻微,电镜显示M65380;CP组微绒毛肿胀65380;有脱落,S组65380;C组基本正常,各组间肠黏膜Chiu′s评分无统计学差异(P > 0.05)65377;电镜下CP组IMMC脱颗粒最明显,M组次之,S组65380;C组未见IMMC脱颗粒,各组间IMMC计数无统计学差异(P > 0.05)65377; 【结论】 肥大细胞活化脱颗粒影响肠缺血/再灌注损伤大鼠的长期生存率65377;…”
